Thank you for the review! I'm sorry the first visit didn't fully resolve the wasp nest, but I'm really pleased Tom Humm was able to put that right, remove the nest properly, and explain everything clearly as he worked. Standing behind our treatments and seeing the job through is exactly what we aim to do, and Tom will be glad his professionalism came across. Thank you for your patience, and for taking the time to share this we're here whenever you need us again!
Great People!
Not pest control related but a huge thank you to Ben and the customer service representative I spoke with on Sunday 10/05. Myself and my partner had locked ourselves out of our home and Ben helped us get back into the house. Genuinely lovely person who did not have to offer his help but he did and we are very grateful! If we have any pest issues we will definitely be using and recommending Pest UK
