Obvious competence undertaking survey. Moment to moment explanations. Thorough survey and trap placement. I like dealing with small, personally responsible companies. This is one.

Vastaus yritykseltä Pest UK - Chigwell
Thank you for this review, it's a good one to read. A thorough survey with everything explained as it happens is exactly how the job should be done, so we're glad the competence showed. And "personally responsible" means a lot to us, that's the way we've always tried to work, with the technician on your doorstep taking real ownership of the job. Thanks for taking the time to share this, and we're here whenever you need us!
Purposefully dishonest and unclear around treatment to customers and over-charging for very little actual work and support. Did not resolve the issue. Come across as about business and not customers.
