Poor picture quality
The picture quality of the Disney comforter set is horrible. Every person is blurry and not very well done. It looks great in the picture, but definitely not when you get it.

Slow shipping due to CNY
Update: I did receive my item. It took over a month from time of order to receipt. The shipper is from China and said the holidays affected the order, which was not communicated when I placed the order. I placed an order on January 26th for a duvet cover and pillow cases. They seem fine, material maybe a little thin. The company was super slow to respond to my emails. When I clicked on the tracking, it’s somewhere in China, and didn’t update very often. But maybe the holiday affected shipping speeds too.

Cobra Kai "quilt"
Bought the Cobra Kai "quilt". It was two pieces of fabric sewn together, not what I would call a quilt. I wrote them to start a return/refund and they wouldn't let me return it stating their quilts were for decorative purposes. The item description on the site sure made it sound like it was meant for practical use, stating how comfortable and durable it is supposed to be. Very misleading, poor quality product, and horrible customer service. Total scam!!!
Update: The response was nothing but excuses to not allow me to return it for a refund. Terrible company to do business...doesn't care about customer service or satisfaction.
