Hoped a " Living Will" was included, but wasn't.

I received the total package including My Locker which I thought was a brilliant idea. I , however, did not need this since I live alone , my children and grandchildren do not live nearby. I called to return it and was told to just send it back and that I wouldn’t be charged. I wasn’t able to return it without paying another$ 20 -$30 . I asked for a return label but was told one was not available

Even though there was a mix up with the address, they corrected it immediately then promptly sent me another pkg. If ever I needed another will, I would use this service again. I recommend personal Will Kit Canada to everyone.

Finally received my kit after 13 days from purchase ..Pretty expensive when I paid $85.00 to have it delivered in 2 days .
Some of the customer service people were very helpful and some acted like it was a real chore to get the information about where my order was .
They sent it out by UPS which was a complete disaster finally they sent a new kit by Canada Post got it in 5/days
