Incredible service
One mattress on our Bed suddenly went flat, i emailed personal comfort to order a replacement , they explained clearly how to troubleshoot and find out if it was the Mattress or Pump, turned out to be the Mattress. To my surprise, they found the original purchase details, although it was purchased in 2018 it is still under prorated warranty!!! They mailed us a new one straight away.
Honestly, I have never experienced better service. Thank you so much to everyone involved, Personal Comfort are a fantastic company!!

Great customer service. Didn’t try to oversell me, just listened to my needs and made baseline recommendations. Russell was fantastic! One of our air bladders was damaged upon delivery and I had a new one within 5 days! It took 2 years for me to pull the trigger on a new bed and after all the research it came down to Russell (RJ). Bought a bed four years ago that had…
Bought a bed four years ago that had two air chambers. Right away they had to replace one of the chambers. That only lasted three years and now I’m having to replace that air chamber again that makes it three air chambers for the Personal Comfort a5 bed.
They’re 25 year warranty means nothing if in four years the same problem keeps happening.

Mattress and air 10+ years o0ld
Mattress and air 10+ years o0ld. Had a problem with one of the pressure controllers. Called and got a new one and worked fine. Now, one side is leaking air. The website gave me instructions on how to check for what the problem was. I was able to diagnose and called customer service and they are sending a new air bladder ath 65% of original cost under limited warranty. Show me another company with tis kind of support.
