I’ve been a customer of Perpetua Labs for several years. I ultimately stopped using the platform because their tool lacked proper placement optimization—something that had become standard across other tools at the time. While competitors were adapting to optimize placements effectively, their software wasn’t keeping up, which made it unusable for my needs.

As a result, my campaigns significantly underperformed during that period, and based on my historical performance, I estimate this cost my business approximately $100,000–$120,000 in lost revenue.

Given that level of impact, I expected at minimum some consideration around billing for the period when the platform wasn’t being used. Instead, not only was my refund request denied, but I continued to be charged despite having no active campaigns, and the matter was escalated to collections, which has been ongoing for over a year.

What’s more concerning is that the account was under my business, yet I’ve been contacted in a way that suggests personal liability, including collection efforts that I believe are inaccurate. I’ve asked the collection agency to stop contacting me, but the outreach has continued.

I strongly recommend you look elsewhere unless you want to see poor results, being charged for unused services and shady collection practices.

perpetua is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with in my 23 years of selling on Amazon. They have such confusing and convulted terms of service that terminating a contract can only occur within a very small window of time without being on the hook for another calendar year of fees. In addition, their software just doesn't work very well. Our advertising has become much more effective with someone actually managing- and it is 40% less than what we paid Perpetua for our self-managed account.

Unfortunately had a horrible experience - I had two account managers leave the company and I had to find out for myself both times. Terrible communication. I’m currently requesting a refund but they locked me into a yearly contract!!!

SCAM Totaly destroyed our business, ACOS up SPEND Up SALES WAY WAY DOWN.
Almost bankrupt us with huge overspend and massive fees. Promised monthly meetings we had 3 over a year period despite many requests.
Wont let us cancel the contract despite them not meeting any of the terms. BEWARE do NOT sigh with this company.

this is the first time i see a company avoid to me to cancel services, only for that i dont want to continue using your services, i can imagine what type of services you give to users inside of your magic amazon ppc optimization black box, by the way support is pathetic

Stay very far away. They will scam you and take you for what they can. They also do not deliver on any of those promises they sell you. As mentioned in another review, they have a predatory billing system where you can never actually access the billing or card area (they don't have one). I have been trying to cancel my account for over a year.... they will come up with every way that you are not aloud to cancel your account. Here is what I got today when I once again tried to cancel, btw after my Amazon account was terminated, they then endded the chat after this message.

"Upon careful review of your agreement with Perpetua, I can confirm that you are currently within an active annual contract with Perpetua until June 5th 2025. To nullify the terms of your agreement with Perpetua, it’s necessary to provide written notice 90 days prior to your renewal date, as per the Service Agreement terms you initially agreed to upon joining our platform. You can find this information outlined in your Order Form and in the Term and Termination section of our Master Terms. Your signed agreement is also attached for your reference.

We have not received any request from you to cancel the agreement before the renewal date. As a result, we are currently bound by the terms of our agreement.

While you have the option to reduce spending on the Perpetua platform, please note that you are still obligated to pay at least the platform's minimum monthly fee, which is $250, for the remaining duration of your contract.

They have done this to me for over a year. Plus their system is garbage, they will not spend any of your ad budget.

Please, please pick another company. I think there are some paid reviews on here for them, look at the actual negative reviews please, I beg you to do your research.

We have used the service for almost one year, and the results have been terrible. The algorithm constantly overbids low-performing keywords while not bidding enough on high performers, so we never hit our target ACOS.

Furthermore, the support team's lack of understanding of basic concepts like ACOS and TACOS was alarming. They tried to convince us that a higher TACOS % than ACOS % on some products was possible, which is false.

On top of that, they have scammy tactics of locking you into a long-term contract, which requires a written 90-day notice prior to the renewal date, and then keep charging for another year even if you don't use the tool.

They know that no one reads their TOS, and this is not a common practice in this industry, so no one expects to be locked in a long-term contract with no way to cancel.

Again, avoid it at all costs!

This whole platform is very good to use. And they also offer great services and respond on time.
