Excellent customer service from these guy, had an issue with a fragrance, emailed and got a reply instantly then got a call from them straight away in which they said they would pay return postage and send a replacement item straightaway, which they did! I ordered a perfume from this company that I had used some years ago, Chopard Pure Wish. It was expensive (£176), but when I received it, the perfume was obviously really old and off. The colour was not as it should have been and the smell was definitely off. I have written to the company so I hope to receive a reply soon. Having now researched the perfume it was apparently stopped In 2000 so the perfume sent to me is potentially 25 years old!
