Right Bottle, Definitely The Wrong Perfume
The perfume that I ordered came in the right bottle but is NOT the correct perfume within. Not sure what’s in the bottle but definitely not what I ordered or paid for.

All of our products are sourced from authorized suppliers, and we completely understand your concern if the fragrance does not seem as expected. In some cases, manufacturers may reformulate fragrances or there may be slight differences between batches, which can affect scent perception.

Perfume I use can not find. This place shipped to me

This item would not spray
This item would not spray. When I messaged you you said to take a video of the perfume and send it. I’m 71 years old. I have no idea how to send a video. Also said to take pictures of package it was shipped in. Well I threw that away because I didn’t know it wouldn’t spray. Why can’t I send it back to you

After carefully checking your order, we can confirm that we only received payment for one product, not three. A partial refund was issued on April 13 via PayPal, and we have also sent you a screenshot by email showing these details for full transparency.
In most cases, PayPal refunds appear quickly, but sometimes there can be slight delays. We recommend checking your PayPal account or contacting PayPal support if you don’t see it yet.
