Very good customer service response
Searching for a specific perfume, Perfume Direct came out on top. On their site it showed a blud light card discount - but on the blue light site it wasn't there. I contacted Perfume Direct support and very quickly they have me a code to use while they address the issue. I saved 10% with the code.

Hi Jackie, hope you're well & thanks for the feedback. I can see your order was delivered to your 'Safeplace' successfully but it may be that Royal Mail delivered to the wrong address by mistake. Very frustrating when that happens.
Unfortunately we have to raise a claim with Royal Mail when this happens, which is why we sent the form over to get some more details from yourself.
