Delivery was miss delivered to wrong address. I complained ive since recieved parcel 1 bottle was opened. I have kept you informed. But no follow up from yourselves. Customer service is rubbish

Extremely disappointed in the perfume direct. My order was not delivered successfully, despite following up with the delivery company (Royal Mail) and perfume directs customer service I have not had any response or reassurance they will resolve this matter or provide a refund.
