Thanks to Chris we had a perfect holiday in Las Vegas! Helpful & friendly and happy to answer all my questions (even when they were silly ones).
Cant wait to book again!

Chris and the team were fantastic in helping us arrange our trip to Vegas as well as finding is an excellent deal. Kept us informed of travel arrangements and were always quick to respond to any queries we had.
Would highly recommend them

Perfect Holidays we’re amazing at arranging flights and accommodation. I was sceptical at first because the prices were a lot more reasonable then anywhere else. We flew to Vegas for my 30th birthday and it was amazing. Melanie who handled my trip was brilliant and answered every question we had and handled every query promptly. I’ll defo fly with perfect holidays and Melanie again.

Great help from Chris nothing was to much trouble great package good flights to Las Vegas would use again thank you

Mel has helped us out on several occasions with regards flights and hotels. Always a pleasure to deal with and the pricing is always very competitive.

I booked a holiday to Florida with perfect holidays, when Thomas Cook crashed Chris was there at the end of the phone and their were a lot of phone calls, he sorted everything out for us, was always there, we had a fantastic holiday, bst place on earth.

Perfect Service from Chris. Hassle free. Answered all questions no problem. Definitely recommend 100%

Another great trip to USA, thanks to Chris and the team.

We have done Florida a couple of times and this time we celebrated my birthday with a group of 8 to Las Vegas.

Great itinerary, great prices and great service, though took a week to recover 🤪🤪😂
looking forward to our next trip.

Thanks again guys.

After losing our holiday due to the Thomas cook collapse and not being able to rebook due to price increases, I had given hope of going, then by chance we spoke to Chris at perfect holidays who found us a like for like holiday at no extra cost. I was very nervous about booking but Chris was fantastic and very patient considering I must have phoned 4/5 times for reassurance. Had a brilliant time and will defo use again. Bravo Perfect holidays.

We had our wedding in Las Vegas last month and most of our family booked with
Mel. Everything worked out perfectly despite new flights having to be booked due to the issues with Thomas Cook. Mel absolutely kept me calm during all of this, despite how busy she was and got us all sorted quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be using for our next holiday!

Thanks again Mel

Xx

Booked a holiday to Las Vegas for 7 nights which was cancelled 3 days before due to Thomas Cook collapse
Amazingly Chris was able to rebook us with BA immediately
We can't thank him enough for saving our holiday and I will definitely be booking with him again

We booked an 8 night stay in vegas. Booking the holiday was simple and communication was great to start with. 4 months after booking we received a call to say we could no longer book the flights we picked as they weren't available.... so nothing had actually been booked!
After full payment was made all communication vanished. It took 8 emails, several weeks and making a complaint before I received my confirmation.

After they have your money they dont care!

We booked with Tina and I would NOT book again.

After getting left with no holiday because of thomas cook i came across perfect holidays threw internet. They wr very helpfull with booking me another holiday to vegas even got me same hotel everything was spot on.Believe it or not it was cheaper too , i had a perfect holiday would use again no problem.

I accidentally found perfect holidays online and requested a quote.
I wanted to book a surprise holiday to Vegas for my husbands 50th
Chris contacted me and talked me through everything he was brilliant and made everything so easy, so that I booked it there and then.
Would definitely recommend and use again, had an amazing time and hubby was very happy.

Richard was brilliant in helping me and a group of friends book a holiday to vegas. I have never been to America and he gave me great advice and helped me book a hotel which fit our budget and needs. Great customer service and great value for money. Will definitely be booking with Richard in the future. Thanks Richard

Mel helped us book a 5 night trip to Las Vegas and managed to get us such a great price! We had an amazing time and I will be booking again with Mel.

We have been going to America since 2011. We have just returned from this year's holiday. The last 6 years I have booked through Perfect Holidays. I wont use anybody else now.
Mel was the first agent we made contact with to book our holiday back in 2014. Every year now we just contact her via email with some dates and preferable airlines and our Perfect Holiday is booked. They cannot be beaten on price for our holidays (believe me I tried to find a better price the first two years and couldn't!!) I don't even bother to look at any other company now.
Mel is absolutely amazing and emails are quickly responded to. We book about 10 months in advance and pay the deposit . You then have until 10 weeks before the holiday to pay the balance which helps with budgeting and makes the holiday of your dreams affordable.
I am so confident in this company that I have no concerns with referring friends and family to them

Just back from a Fab holiday in Orlando. What can I say, Mel was fantastic from start to finish. Helpful every step of the way, quick to answer e-mails and always at hand with good advice. We had our flights originally with TC. So you can imagine how busy Mel was with dealing with customers in the same position as myself. Her level of service did not falter, and alternative flights were sourced which fitted our plans, we did not even have to change flight dates. I would highly recommend Perfect Holidays and would not hesitate in using them in the future.

After searching the internet for weeks and comparing prices I decided to go with perfect holidays. And I was very pleased I did too. I rang the number and spoke to Chris and booked it there and then. He explained everything to me, and weeks later when I had to amend my booking I left a message and he called straight back and sorted everything. It’s so nice to be able to speak to a real person. I’m off to Vegas next year and it’ll definitely be with Perfect Holidays.

After Tomas Cook going into liquidation and loosing this holiday we booked with lastminute.com who also cancelled on us the night before departure, but they keep the money and this took 10 days to be returned, I was very nervous about booking another holiday. Mel was brilliant and put us at ease by explaining that perfect holidays look at flights and hotels in real time and seats were allocated on our flights there and then. Mel also had knowledge of the destination and suggested the perfect hotel us. This all took place at 10pm and she even sent an email at 11:30pm to say all was completed and confirmed and for us to have a good nights slept. I will definitely be booking another holiday with Mel and Perfect Holidays.
