Mel went above and beyond helping sort our trip out to New York. Nothing was a problem contacting her (even if asking the same thing twice 🙈) Would not hesitate to use Perfect Holidays again for any trip. Really professional help and advice, thank you again Mel x

I've been booking my family holidays with Mel at Perfect Holidays for many years, wouldn't go anywhere else and would always recommend Mel's services. Professional, quick response's, always great recommendations, couldn't ask for better customer service. 2 years ago my family of seven were caught up in the hurricane in Florida, Mel sorted everything out, extra accommodation, additional flights for the whole party. Can't recommend Mel highly enough!

Just got back from a break booked by Mel at Perfect Holidays. Mel helped find the right hotel and room combination for us maki g it really easy to finalise things. She check specifics with the hotel around beds etc so we knew what we were getting! She also checked us in and sorted boarding passes so the whole experience was seamless for us!

Fantastic service from Melanie she will definitely find the perfect holiday at the most reasonable price. I will always use Melanie and company for all our future holidays.

We have had the pleasure of using Perfect Holidays for multiple bookings, and they consistently exceed our expectations. Their prices are highly competitive, and their service is truly excellent in every aspect. We cannot emphasize enough how highly we recommend them. We want to give a special shout-out to our agent, Mel, for going above and beyond in providing us with exceptional assistance throughout our bookings.

Brilliant customer service very helpful thanks you Aaron

I’ve just booked a trip to Orlando and Miami with Karl - the level of service he provided was incredible! I would definitely be booking my next trip with Karl.

Friendly waitress girls. Polite, welcoming reception staff! We had a superior room with a large bed. Clean, white linen. The room has everything you need. Towels were changed everyday. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. Everyone else for the hospitality and a great weekend! We will come again for sure!

We have used perfect holidays for the last 7 holidays that we have had and have to say the service you get from Melanie is superb. Mel always puts together the most memorable trips, she uses her own personal travel experiences and has access to some of the nicest hotels within a very reasonable budget. I would highly recommend giving Melanie S a call to see how she would be able assist with your next holiday. Always a pleasure,.

Mel was brilliant from start to finish. Found us a really reasonably priced holiday to Vegas for a large group, answered my endless questions, gave us all additional info needed around Visas, Covid requirements etc. So helpful and a pleasure to deal with - Highly recommend! Thanks Mel

Mel was absolutely fantastic with us. Our holiday was delayed due to Covid and Mel looked after us and arranged everything for us. Excellent service with a personal touch. Highly recommended.

Karl is the person who will stop at nothing to ensure you get what you ask for, very polite extremely patient very honest , will definitely be using this company again for future holidays , highly recommended

Great service. Prompt responses to emails at all times of the day, nothing too much trouble for her. Had a great holiday, thanks 😊

Just back from an amazing trip to New York. Once again booked by the amazing Mel. This is the fifth time we have used Mel and would not use anybody else for long haul holidays. From start to finish nothing is too much trouble for her. Give her your requirements and she will come up with various proposals for your budget and despite bombarding her with numerous emails every holiday these are always answered straight away. Mel's knowledge is unbelievable and certainly takes the stress out of sorting the holiday out yourself.

Karl was excellent and very patient with all our requests. He found us a great deal and always goes above and beyond. This is my second time booking with perfect holidays and it’s always a pleasure.

Gary from Perfect Holiday was excellent, his knowledge was great and nothing was too much trouble when he looked at options on the different destinations and hotels. He found us a fantastic full board option for the same price as half board. All round the service was excellent
