Firstly.... the blinds are great. The measuring and fitting process was very easy. The reason for the one star is that after a couple of years the blinds have become very stained by debris, dead insects and the like. They are impossible to clean and after spending nearly £500 on the blinds (which initially look and work great) look terrible now and need replacing. I will take them apart to see if I can do something but the blinds themselves are made of something like paper so I am not hopeful. It's a real shame as they start of great.

They came in a lot cheaper than other companies I researched. So, I ordered their Losana Anthracite Grey Blackout SmoothFit Cellular Blinds. They are as described and do the job perfectly at cutting down solar heat. They fit just right, and look super. Unfortunately, I fitted one incorrectly, and even though it was my fault, they sent me a free replacement part to complete the job to my satisfaction.

First class customer service caused by string rubbing on a fitting nobobodys fault but they repaired the blind foc and very quickly returned brilliant company excellent customer service!

They were very quick to send the samples and their fitting guidance is far superior to their competitors, so that's why I ordered from them. However this firm don't do emails so no order confirmation sent out. You have to set up an account and keep track yourself although it just keeps saying "Processing" when I try to find out when I can expect my delivery. Reading other comments, it seems I could be in for a long wait.

Ordered Perfect Fitting Shutters on the 5th June and received them 12 days later, very quick turn around. Also and more importantly as my order was less that 800mm wide, the original order was one piece. I email the company and asked if my order could be made in two piece's. This wasn't a problem and made a note on my order. The finished shutters are excellect. Great Service, Great product and Excellect Value for Money.

Office staff very knowledgeable and extremely help ful. Fitting team very clean blinds look amazing would highly recommend.

Ordered a perfect fit shutter for our new bathroom and followed the instructional video stage by stage, shutter arrived and it was a bit too short for the brackets. After a few calls back and forward was advised that I should have measured inside the window trim, rather than between the rubber gaskets... despite the instructional video both saying and showing measurements were to be taken between the gaskets. Nevertheless, they agreed to replace and we re-measured inside the trim, which was great. Shutter 2 arrived in a couple of weeks, and fitted perfectly BUT the frame of the shutter was really badly marked, loads of scratches from manufacturing by the looks of it. Another complaint and pics sent and they agreed to a 3rd replacement which was delivered this week. Excited for 3rd time lucky, was all packaged well BUT the box rattled... took the shutter out and could see through the bubblewrap that there was something wrong... 4 or 5 slats right in the middle were not connected and had fallen out. Contacted them and requested refund which has been processed - Great idea for having a sleek shutter in our new bathroom, could look fab, but now nervous about the idea. Will contact a local company to come out and do it all next time. Can't really fault customer service staff, they all helped, just an unfortunate situation.

I highly recommend Perfect Fit Blinds, the service has been brilliant from start to finish. The price was very competitive with other national companies, but going local we had that personal touch and expertise.

Love the concept and the blinds work really well however after 3 years the fabric is stained with mess from insects that get between the blind and the window. The design and fabric doesn't lend itself to be easily cleaned so the only option is to replace the blinds which is a continuous expensive process which you don't foresee at the outset.

This is the second set of blinds we have had fitted - absolutely top notch service from the point of booking to the installation. Fantastic product, excellent product knowledge and super speedy. Thank you Perfect Blinds, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had four of these blinds in my french doors,started out great but after 6 months the mechanism wore out on all but one. This is because of cheap plastic parts which are used to make these blinds….DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!!

Hello out there, do NOT use Perfect Blinds, they are liars, bad work, rude, wrong size, wrong colour and wrong pattern. So NOT PERFECT, stay awayfrom them .

Rubbish company do not buy. ordered blinds got invoice with no measurements on it 4 weeks later blinds arrived wrong size. Phoned and they said that is what I ordered no proof as nothing on email to state sizes ordered only part numbers. £115 and goods no use for anything.

I was quoted £120 each window to fit by UKBlinds until I thought to myself, if there are as easy to fit as they make out, why don't I just order and fit myself? I found Perfectfitblindsuk after searching for a specific blind design. The four blinds worked out £100 cheaper than UKBlinds.

I measured using the instructional video which was helpful. However I had to re-measure a couple of times and email with new measurements as I was worried they wouldn't fit as it says to measure to the nearest millimeter. Thankfully when I fitted they were the right size. Make sure and measure with a metal tape measure and not a nylon as these can stretch and not give a true measurement. Also measure in three separate places and take the shortest measurement.

As part of the order we bought blackout 'honeycomb' celluar blinds for our bedroom. I was expecting 100% blackout but in fact there is small light leakage at the sides and at the bottom. I am happy with them but bear this in mind if you want total blackout.

Small niggles which could be fixed is we received no dispatch email which would've been helpful. We also received no fitting instructions. It is relatively straightforward but be aware that the string goes through the hole at the bottom at each side (it was setup that two out of four was outside the hole).

I would definitely recommend perfect fit blinds if you want something neat and tidy, modern and no obstruction of opening and closing of windows and Perfectfitblindsuk for price and variety of designs.
