I bought a glass table from this company. On the day it arrived we saw it was delivered broken. They wrapped it so tightly it cracked. On the same day I emailed and sent them a message on WhatsApp. No reply since 19 December

I have never experienced such a despicable and vague website in my entire life.Before you buy anything on this website think twice because I have never experienced such a level of unprofessionalism like this with this online store.I ordered for stuff on their website and the order took almost close to a month to be delivered. No customer care service basically I regret a million times buying from them.

Out of 7 items I received 5 items and of these one was missing parts. Another item faulty /not working and another was a wrong item and when I called to forward my complaint up to now nothing has been done I feel this was really a scam.No wonder their prices are too good to be true so be careful when you are ordering from them online.

Am very disappointed honestly but we learn from such mistakes. Am not going to bother calling them again it's a waste of time.

I would like to return two of the item I received incorrectly.

Lunch bag I received was green and I requested black.

I orders a 20w flood light and received a solar alarm light.

Both of these items are useless to me.

Please advise steps further.

Horrible company, struggling to get a refund for a product that was ordered only to be told there is no stock although website always shows stock available, does not answer email or WhatsApp about a faulty product even when pictures are included.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience demands attention. I ordered from Perfectdealz, expecting quality and professionalism. What I received was a severely damaged item.

The real insult came after the delivery. I contacted customer service immediately, hoping for a swift resolution. Instead, I was met with indifference, delay and no responses. No offer of a refund or replacement, but they also made me feel like the inconvenience was my fault.
This isn’t just about one bad product—it’s about a company that clearly doesn’t value its customers. Their lack of accountability and empathy is staggering. I’ve lost time, money, and trust.
I will never purchase from Perfectdealz again, and I strongly urge others to reconsider before supporting a brand that treats its customers with such disregard.
If this is how they handle issues, I fear for anyone needing support post-purchase. Buyer beware.

Had a problem with late delivery, but was helped on whatsapp and in no time I received my parcel

I order a professional hair dryer and they delivery a wrong hair dryer. I reported it for exchange or refund they said they will check their product. it is 2 weeks now nothing has been done and my email are ignored. They even ask me if i did not like what they deliver. which means they deliver it to me knowingly. I will wait for them but their dryer they will definetely get it back. even if it means i have to drive it and return it myself.

placed an order on the 25th September, the products showed, delivery would be the following day. 26th September. today it is the 06th October 2025. I did not receive the order, I had to call and cancel as it keeps saying out for delivery. - also I have no use of the products as i needed to use them over the past weekend.

I received an email saying delivery will be done on the 1st October . I am the only one who has called to check on the delivery.

Terrible experience. They took two weeks to tell me that they don't have the product that I paid for. I then asked for a refund and sent my banking details and received no correspondence the items then got delivered two weeks after by surprise when I wanted my money back. Very unprofessional.

I ordered a number of products and the delivery service was amazing. All the products were there and they were delivered before the expected date, I was thrilled. All the products work very well, well packaged, good quality, I am very happy!!! Thank you

It took long to just get the order then even longer to process it. Once it was out for delivery it took another 2 week to get delivered. Then it wasn't the color that I ordered which the sales person could have just told me that before sending them. And now I'm waiting for my refund.

Service levels is a negative. Lack of communication. Not willing to compromise on timelines and reservations. Salesperson Jordache was a nightmare to deal with. Never returned emails or phone calls timeously.

Will never deal with this Company again.

False advertising, the product advertised (stun gun) said it was 10000 watts, and received one that has 5000 watts. Wouldn't have bought if I knew that was the case. Highly unhappy with my purchase and would like to return the item for refund

The service was good and professionally when i returned my scale to fix a sensor and i also got a discount.
