My products arrived recently: 4 bass traps, 2 acoustic panels with diffuser fronts, and one large acoustic curtain.

Production was completed within 1 week. The packaging was fine, and the quality of the products feels very premium.

I have several acoustic products from other companies as well, but none of them were made to this level of quality.

Meine Erfahrung mit Perfect Acoustic war gemischt und ich würde potenziellen Käufern raten, vor einer Bestellung sehr genau nachzufragen.

Die Produkte wirken auf der Website sehr professionell präsentiert, insbesondere durch veröffentlichte Absorptionskurven und technische Darstellungen. Für mich entstand dadurch der Eindruck, dass belastbare Messdaten für die angebotenen Standardprodukte vorliegen.

Auf konkrete Nachfrage stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die gezeigten Kurven keine produktbezogenen Labor-Messungen sind, sondern eher allgemeine Richtungsdarstellungen. Gleichzeitig konnten zu wesentlichen technischen Punkten wie Strömungswiderstand, Membranparameter oder normierten Testbedingungen keine konkreten Angaben gemacht werden.

Gerade bei hochpreisigen Akustikprodukten halte ich diese Transparenz für wichtig, um Angebote seriös vergleichen zu können.

Mein Rat:
Vor einem Kauf unbedingt nach echten Messdaten, Testbedingungen und produktspezifischen Leistungswerten fragen und sich diese möglichst schriftlich bestätigen lassen.

Ich bewerte nicht die handwerkliche Qualität der Produkte, sondern ausschließlich die für mich unzureichende technische Nachvollziehbarkeit im Verkaufsprozess.

Commande passée le 13 décembre arrivée le 20 janvier. La communication est plutôt inexistante, nous ne sommes pas prévenus des délais plus longs et aucune info sur la préparation de la commande. Concernant la qualité du produit je suis très déçue. Rideau trop fins pour qu’ils puissent être phoniques, j’ai dépensé plus de 200€ pour des rideaux épais certes mais loin d’être phonique. Je ne recommande pas.

A magyar oldalon láttam az értékeléseket és azért jöttem át. Nekem nagyon jó tapasztalatom van a céggel. A tulajdonos igazi szakértő, a segítségével sikerült a zenebolond férjemet meglepni a születésnapján egy egyedi diffúzorral.

Descriptions mensongères: Beaucoup de produits sont indiqués "lavable en machine" alors que la spécification montre qu'il ne sont pas lavable en machine

The pruduct hasn’t got any ISO certification, the website indicates local adresses but the company is only located in Hungary

Don’t do business with these people. Dishonest. Misleading.
Pose as a UK site. Actually based in Hungary or Poland or somewhere.
I assumed were UK based.
I recieved a notification from UPS asking me to pay customs fees. I queried this as had paid €79 already on delivery. I didn’t want to pay another £70. I was told it’s on their website.
Well yes it is, hidden in the drop down menu titled “description”. Also why would I look for customs info when they appeared to be in the UK?!
Stay away. Absolute jokers.

The site's domain makes it appear to be a UK based website while it's in Hungary. Then you get the surprise of import tax (£117.15) on top of the price of the products (around £230) when the shipment comes. The 'curtains' they made don't have eyelets or holes because when you order the curtains, it asks you to add curtain rings? I don't need curtain rings but eyelet being added, yes. Then, I noticed no difference to blocking sound when I put it up.

Wasted more than £300 on nothing, feel very frustrated and gutted.

Please don't order if you are in the UK!!!!!

Achat de bass trap a membrane, colis arrivé en bon état mais les mousses intérieures se sont détachées au transport, j'ai du ouvrir et les refixer.
Installées dans les coins ou les mesures confirmaient un pic a 60Hz pour ma pièce. Au résultat une petite atténuation en fréquence à 160Hz et RT60 -200ms a 400Hz et env -100ms en dessous. Ca fonctionne mais sans plus, mais vu le prix on ne s'attend pas à des miracles !

Rideaux de très bonne qualité et bien cousus, envoyés rapidement.
Il y a un effet sur la résonnance à l'intérieur de la pièce mais aucun effet sur les bruits venant de l'extérieur. Mesure avec une application sonomètre, pas de réduction des décibels sur les bruits de cloches d'église (Forio simple épaisseur).
MAJ : les avis laissés sur le site sur la page produit sont modifiés par le gérant !!

Arrived today 2 vintage wood panels 60x60 and 2 of the same type 60x30. The room sounds much bigger and the acoustic dynamics range really wider and surprising. It is correct in considering the room as the most important component of all the entire stereo equipments. Warmly recommended A++++

akoestisch Kleed gekocht, duur ding, doet niks met akoustiek in mijn optiek. Gevraagd om gedeeltelijke terugbetaling. Geen enkele coulance, enige oplossing terug sturen op eigen kosten naar Hongerije.
Daarnaast staat de site vol met naar mijn gevoel geschreven nep reviews geschreven door de eigenaars zelf, het is in ieder geval opmerkelijk dat er geen reviews zijn te vinden met minder dan 4 sterren.
