The onboarding training with Dawn was intense but interesting and Dawn was incredibly supportive with any questions I had. She was patients and ensured we were all on the same page.
A really positive experience so far.

From the minute I reached out to Travel Counsellors during my search for a travel franchise, there was no possibility of partnering with anyone else.
It's been a great experience.
I initially dealt with Ashley Butler who took time to explain things and demonstrate the benefits of joining the TC community. She answered all my questions (I had a lot!) and was there to offer insight whenever I needed it.
Since I signed up and had my induction, the support hasn't changed. From the trainers, to the support staff to the other Travel Counsellors I've engaged with, everything has been amazing.
I've had a great start compared to my expectations and I can definitely say that the onboarding journey has played a big part.
I'm growing in confidence each day and feel I have the right backers to build a successful business.
Thank you Travel Counsellors!

Travel Counsellors made me feel very welcome when I went to a discovery day. They took the time to get to know me and made sure I was making the right choice for my career. I can't stress what a wonderful company they are to work with, and how much invest in their franchisees. The training i have received so far has been incredible. So happy I chose to be a TC

Julia was really friendly and helpful during the onboarding process and was always quick to respond. I was lucky to have Dawn as my trainer, who had the task of distilling a huge amount of information into two weeks. She was always professional and upbeat, and no questions were too much for her to handle - especially in our chatty cohort. Thank you so much to Julie and Dawn for making the onboarding process so smooth!

My onboarding experience has been brilliant, Dawn was fantastic in the induction training and always there if you needed a helping hand with additional support - her personality really shines, and you can tell how much she loves her job!

Ashley has also been amazing by explaining all the details on becoming a Travel Counsellor and how brilliant being your own boss can be!

Everyone I have met at Travel Counsellors is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, there's a lot of support on offer to help you be successful. I have been in the travel industry for almost 20 years, and I can say the TC community really care and make you feel so welcome. It's one of the best decisions I have made in my career and I am positive that my business will grow in the next coming years with hard work and dedication. Go for it if you're thinking of doing this!

Outstanding support and commitment to ensuring me and everyone in my onboarding team succeeded in our goal to become a TC and run our own businesses. A special mention to Dawn who ran our two week induction via Teams. She was very welcoming and approachable throughout the whole process and wanted to commend her for this, she’s a real asset to the TC recruitment team. Thank you for setting me up on this incredible journey. If you are unsure whether or not to commit yourself please take my advice and just give them a call with any questions, you won’t regret it! Thank you to everyone including Ashley who helped me along the way in the early stages.

My onboarding at Travel Counsellors has been fantastic, and has thus far succeeded my expectations. I am now a fully fledged Travel Counsellor but couldn't have juggled the training, kids etc without the support of Dawn so a special shout out to her! Overall everyone in the business/community are super friendly and extremely supportive so you never feel alone. Launching your travel business can seem dauting and this is something I have toyed with for such a long time but I can honestly say one of the best decisions I have ever made! Excited to see what the future brings and being my own boss but with all the support of Travel Counsellors!

From start to finish my onboarding was fantastic. It was a two way process throughout but I was in no doubt that I was making the right decision. This was just reinforced by the friendliness, efficiency, helpfulness and openness of Julia. She got to know me and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the right decision. As the first impression of Travel Counsellors she’s a fantastic ambassador.

The course covers a large volume of information, which can feel overwhelming but is well put together and follows a process that lets you see your progress through the course. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and I feel confident that the help and advice/support will continue after the course is complete.

Excellent training, Julia was great when explaining how the business worked and what would be available to me. During the induction Kristina and the team were beyond fabulous and so patient, it was an intense 2 weeks but so worth it.

The process of joining Travel Counsellors and becoming a franchisee was seamless. Naturally I had many questions about the process, all of them answered warmly, openly and honestly. The communication has been flawless - I was constantly kept updated about the progress of my application, and informed with the next steps throughout.

From my first chat with Julia to the delivery of the equipment and the support from Dawn and her team during the training, everything has been excellent. You really do feel like they care and there is a real sense of community. There is always someone to ask if you need help.
I am looking forward to the continued support and training they offer to help grow my business.

The experience of joining Travel Counsellors has been absolutely superb and joyful. The staff have all been amazing, friendly and supportive from the very moment I began the discovery journey through to the training itself which is extremely well done combining face to face, video, guides and all self paced. The training platform is almost faultless. I definitely recommend this organisation and look forward to the ongoing coaching and mentoring over the next few months.

Fantastic induction experience. The team have all been so friendly and helpful and the training content is user friendly, with step by step guides. Very informative and gives a huge insight into running your business successfully and the ethos of Travel Counsellors.
No question is a stupid question and there is heaps of support from trainers and fellow TCs if needed.

I am a couple of days away from completing my franchisee induction, I can honestly say it has been full of relevant content and the help and support available has been amazing. Dawn has been a fabulous trainer and I can’t wait to get my business started, most importantly I feel confident after the training content and knowing that I have a mentor for 6 months amongst lots of other support is very reassuring.
