Penvale Arvostelua

I used the negotiation service. Josh built a great relationship with the agent for me as well and constantly frequently communicated with me.
Thanks to him, my offer got accepted with much less amount than we had originally heard and expected!
Josh's support was not only for the negotiation part but also the whole process until the conveyancing start, which made me feel secured and I could feel I had a strong supporter.
When next time I buy a property, I will definitely come back here to ask for his service.
Thank you so much Josh!!

Josh helped us navigate the UK home buying process and negotiations upon our return from the USA (which has a very different process!). He is very responsive and explains everything very clearly. His service was excellent for us as expats returning home who had never bought a home in the UK before!

We worked with Josh on the purchase of a house in London and the service was terrific. Moving from the U.S., we needed help navigating the purchase process, and we also found it surprising that there was rarely anyone advocating for the buyer. From the time we met him to the time our offer was accepted, Josh was extremely responsive and professional. Even though there was another potential buyer for the same house, Josh was able to work with the agent to get the full context on the sale and ultimately negotiated a winning offer. Would definitely recommend his services.

I cannot recommend Penvale highly enough. I used Penvale for their full service - search, negotiate, and contract stages. Josh was thorough and diligent in searching and viewing flats for me, offering a summary of dozens of flats during the search stage. I have never used a negotiator before, but Josh saved me a significant amount on the property, more than covering his fee. Lastly, Josh continued to work till even after completion, happy to offer advice and suggestions.
If you are considering using Penvale, I would thoroughly recommend and feel they are worth every penny.
Thank you Josh!

Josh recently helped us secure a house purchase. From the moment he got involved, he was fully engaged, knowledgeable, and approachable. His involvement sped up the whole process, helping us keep a momentum we wouldn’t be able to maintain with our busy work and life schedule. He was confident in his recommended negotiation strategy which was intended to secure the best possible deal for us. He handled all the communication with involved parties swiftly, has been a trusted partner to work with and has set us up for success for the steps following the offer acceptance. He managed to negotiate a deal and move the property out of the market on our offer which is pretty difficult in the area we were looking to buy. We would recommend working with Josh to reduce a lot of stress through the house buying journey and making a good case for your offer. His experience of the workings of estate agency processes has been very instrumental and he’s a true professional.

I recently bought a house with the help of Josh, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He was always keeping us informed about the whole process and we felt confident throughout the whole process. Josh was knowledgeable about the local market and had a lot of experience negotiating on behalf of us. He was able to get me the best possible deal on my home and I can say that he went the extra mile throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking to buy a home.
