Having just turned 55 I was looking to review my pension with the main objective of taking the 25% tax free lump sum. From the very first phone call all of my contact with Pension Pulse staff has been extremely positive. Friendly, courteous with excellent timely communication. Every communication was both informative and professional. They managed to remove my confusion around pensions and deliver advice in a clear to understand format.

The investment I had required me to take financial advise to release it , which I was unaware of at the time and found myself a bit annoyed of this.
