Pension Pie - Helping You Reconnect with Your Lost Pensions

At Pension Pie, we specialise in helping individuals trace and reconnect with their lost or forgotten pensions. With years of experience in pension tracing, we understand how easy it can be to lose track of pension schemes, especially with career changes, company closures, or the passage of time. That’s where we come in.

Our service is simple and hassle-free. When you sign up, we take the burden off your shoulders by thoroughly investigating your pension history. We contact former employers, pension providers, and government agencies to track down any pensions you may have built up over the years. Whether it’s a workplace pension from a dissolved company or a contracted-out State Earnings-Related Pension Scheme (SERPS), our team goes the extra mile to find it for you.

We handle all the communications, writing directly to employers, pension schemes, and even the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) and HMRC, ensuring every possible lead is explored. If needed, we also follow up with major pension providers, ensuring no stone is left unturned in your search.

Transparency and communication are at the heart of what we do. We keep you updated at every step of the process, and any responses we receive are immediately shared with you. While we cannot guarantee a positive outcome in every case, our dedicated team works tirelessly to give you the best possible chance of reconnecting with your pensions.

At Pension Pie, our goal is to give you peace of mind and help you uncover the financial benefits you’ve worked hard to earn. Let us do the legwork so you can focus on what really matters. Trust us to help you take the first step toward reclaiming your pensions.

Our promise to you

Would definitely recommend

Everything was so easy! I didn't have very much information to give, but that didn't matter. All the people were so helpful, and made the whole experience so easy. They kept me updated by email, i knew exactly what was happening and all my old pensions have now been found. Lovely people, would definitely recommend to anyone that may have lost or old pensions.

Genuinely want to help you succeed

There’s no magic database out there, so takes a few weeks, but Pension Pie genuinely wants to do everything they can and won’t give up on you. Because they understand how to word the letters and how branches within an organisation may not be connected, they succeeded to track my lost pension, which I had failed to do on my own, despite having a (very old) statement. Would recommend and good luck!

Hi Debra,

We’re sorry to see your 1-star review, especially given the extensive work we’ve done on your behalf.

To clarify:
1. Wesleyan Pension – We initiated contact with providers, and while you located it yourself, providers don’t always confirm what prompted their response. It’s likely our efforts contributed, but we’re pleased you have access to it now.
2. Wadlow Grosvenor Pension – Our investigation with Mercer, Pan Trustee Services Ltd, and their insolvency practitioner confirmed there was no pension left to claim. HMRC verified that your entitlement had already been reintegrated into your State Pension via a State Scheme Premium, meaning there was no separate fund remaining.
3. Additional Checks – As part of our service, we conducted a full SERPS search free of charge, ensuring no other pensions were overlooked.

We understand pension tracing can be frustrating, particularly when expectations don’t align with reality, but we remained in regular contact, followed every lead, and provided clear updates. While we appreciate this wasn’t the outcome you had hoped for, we acted thoroughly and in your best interest throughout.

We wish you the best.
