Staff are very pleasant to speak to. Easy to use, just give pervious employment info and they do the rest. I never thought I’d be able to amalgamate all my pensions and to have it done so easily was a huge relief.

Thank you for your review Mr Henry. As you are aware Pension App must follow the Regulator's guidelines and current UK Pension Legislation for certain transactions involving pension funds. The forms must be completed and returned before the transaction can be processed. Because you changed the advisor/receiving provider part-way through this transaction, it delayed this process and required the completion and return of a new form. That was sent to you and returned by you on 17/12/2025. The form was then sent to your receiving provider and our Trustees, also on 17/12/2025 and it is now awaiting your receiving provider to process your request. This means that Pension App sent, received, processed and forwarded your forms to your new provider all in the space of 1 working day. The only delay is with your receiving provider and time spent creating new forms for them. If you would like any documentation or exact times and correspondence sent, please let us know. All the best.
