From the moment we contacted New Allianz, their help and advice has been second to none, very informative and knowledgeable. We were kept updated and informed of the process at all times and could contact them any time if there were any queries. We were assisted immediately, they were extremely efficient. It was great to know that any question we had was important and dealt with efficiently and swiftly. If you are looking for the best customer service where you are not just a number, do not hesitate to contact them, Aidan was amazing.

I honestly didn't know where to start or even what questions, the right questions, to ask. The young chap I dealt with was patient, informative, & literally took me through the process step by step.
