It's ok. The print on the red bags is pink. Blue bags is bright white, as it should be. Didn't inspect each one or each box, so hopefully they're all ok.

Hidden fees at the start of the process are not good. They argue that everything is transparent. Perception is not. When you call the attention of your client for 2.44 and at the check out you pay 4.79 I do not care how transparent you are at the end of the process. I could argue you are lying at the beginning. Anyway, good luck with your strategy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I understand your concern, and you’re right to point out that the way pricing is presented at the beginning of the process can shape how everything else is perceived.
Even when fees are disclosed later on, seeing a significant difference between the initial price and the final total can feel misleading. That’s not the experience we want for our customers, and your feedback highlights an important gap between transparency and clarity.
We aim to be upfront about all costs, but it’s clear that how and when this information is presented matters just as much as the information itself. Your comments will be shared with our team as we continue working to make pricing clearer from the very start.
We appreciate your honesty and the opportunity to improve.
