I’m not dissatisfied with the product, but I thought the stoneware would be better. Not the worst price. With inflation being what it is today, a lower price would help the consumer a lot more.

The product is ok but the printing is TERRIBLE- if I could give it 0 stars I would. Tiny print, way off center, just the absolute biggest waste of time and money

After sending us the proof for final approval we ask for changes via email. (the phone number was unreadable and extremely small). They took the liberty to make the mugs, ship them, and charge us full price without final approval. Once we received the mugs (that I did not approve), they were still unreadable. I have reached out looking for a resolution and they 1st offered 35% back, on a product that I cannot use. I asked for a full refund and then offered 30% back. More to come, as they have stopped communications with me through email. I have had subpar experiences in the past, however this may force my hand to take my business elsewhere and advise others to do the same.

The product looks good from the first package received. Not sure why half of our shipment was shipped out 2-3 days after the first half. It would have been great to receive about the same time.

Several cups were misprinted, but the company was very happy to do what they could to rectify the situation. They handled the case by offering solutions that will keep me coming back for purchases in the future.
