great phone case it was a beautiful lovely handwritten note I loved it a great website

I bought shoes that are clearly advertised as US ladies size 9. When they arrived, they were too small and had a size tag sewn into the tongue that proclaimed them to be a size 7.

I promptly emailed and was told, “So now the solution is that if the shoes doesn't fit you,you can return them,(no washed ,no used),and we will refund your money when we receive the returning, don't worry about it.”

So, I paid another $26 to send them off to China. Today, 10 months later, the package came back stamped “REFUSED.”

After this review, the seller refunded me through PayPal for the purchase price. The same item is still being sold with the same wrong size charts, though.

Hands down the best shoes I've ever recieved! I got the pink boots with white fur lining and bows and I have to say they are wonderful! The shoes fit perfectly, and the material is high quality. I can't wait to wear them more!

Last year I wanted a phone case so I was going through Pinterest to see different kinds of phone case designs. I stumbled a unique phone case that different kinds of Sailor Moon designs for example: it had the purple -like colour with Sailor Mars , the other colour with Sailor Moon and the last one had all the Senshi in it so I decided to pick that and send the link to my sister. I told her to order it for me. The order shipping took about 3-4 weeks or something like that then after that it was delivered to my house. I opened the package which was yellow also it showed me the phone case that I ordered. I was excited & happy that I got my first anime merchandise order from a online store.

This website honestly blew away and expectations I had going into the purchase from them. The clothes quality was pretty dang good, the phone case was exactly as pictured, and so were my other items. They included some free little gifts in the package and a hand written thank you note. I’m so appreciative of that and hope this website sticks around.

The shipping appears to be overseas meaning it’s going to take longer. Totally worth the wait and something I don’t mind at all for this s level of quality of products.

Will certainly be shopping with them again.

I ordered from them twice and I just placed my 3rd order. Pennycraftsstudio is honestly my fav online store atm. They have amazing good quality items and they have great customer service I highly recommend this store

Refusing to refund me after they did not have item

They did not accurately list the item as sold out so they ask me to exchange. When I told them that I wanted a refund they were persistent. I find that very dishonest. You should not display the product if it is sold out and you should refund the money if you do not have the product.
