I order collars and bows on the 12th…
I order collars and bows on the 12th April received my ordered about 2 weeks later but it was a in complete order messaged the company they said they would send the rest of the order, it is the 18th May messaged twice since and had no reply or the rest of my order which is in complete. Disgusted with the company plus lost out on my order and my money. Such a shame because I thought the dog collars were very good but I would not recommend and would not trust them as a company again.

This is out of our hands, however, as discussed, we will contact Royal Mail on your behalf to submit a claim and we will be resending your order back out tracked and signed for again. I will never order again
I will never order again. I ordered a collar for a 3lb dog. The collar was way too large for her to wear even when I sent in her measurements, and there is a zero return policy, so i spent $40 on a collar I cannot use. I sent an email to the owner months ago with no response to this day.

We also accept returns here at pennyandhound & our returns policy can be found on our website. $40 is also out of our price range for our handmade dog collars.
