Lady very helpful. Would have given 5 stars but didn't seem fair to be charged twice because your courier lost my parcel. I don't see why you can't take the brunt of the cost of the 2nd order until the 1st one is located?

Pencarrie = Number 1!!
We’ve been using Pencarrie for around nine years now, and honestly, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
The team are absolutely incredible. Nothing is ever too much trouble. On the rare occasion there may be a slight (which is VERY infrequent), it’s dealt with and resolved straight away.
Their brand range is fantastic, and the ordering system is so easy to use.
They also offer the BEST giveaways… I’ve just won an iPad — I mean, GET IN!
I always find myself smiling at their social media posts. You can genuinely tell the staff love working there, and that positivity shines through in everything they do.
From start to finish and then through to brand ambassadors and account managers...all top people!

My customer service
I requested an update to our records as I was receiving e-mails that were irrelevant to my department. Both Hannah and Nikisha responded promptly advising this had been done with Hannah also advising she would endeavor to get the rest of the team to follow the updated notes.
