Reasonable cost and quick delivery

Great communication right from our first enquiry. Our installation was done quickly and efficiently and the guys were hardworking, polite and cleaned up well afterwards. The system they installed is incredibly quiet and efficient and we would highly recommend them.

The installation was for my mother-in-law. She is over the moon with the work done. The job was executed speedily and with efficiency. Well done to Abdul and Francis for a clean and tidy job.
Thank you to Sako for coming up with the idea of the alternative location of the installation.

Peninsula Air Conditioning contacted me within 15 mins of placing my order to ensure the right part would be sent. The parts arrived in less than 24 hours at my door
Excellent customer service.

Ordered a couple of wifi controllers for different Daikin AC units, received prompt e-mail confirming models I have and install dates. Parts arrived quickly.
During install I sent e-mail with query (in the evening) and received a reply so quick I thought it must be an auto reply, but it was a solution, kindly pointing out I was trying to put the wrong part in the wrong unit (!?) - thanks Rod!

Prompt delivery and support

When shopping for a genuine branded product you want timely service and best price.

I got the lowest price but was very surprised by the timely delivery, recieved in just 2 business days.

I would recommend to family and friends. A++

Sako and his team did a wonderful job installing a multi split system for my unit. Sako showcased excellent customer services with his responsiveness, flexibility and patience in addressing my needs. I would recommend Pen Air to anyone looking for a comfort solution to get through the hot summer.

Product arrived quickly and well packaged. Cheaper than competition. Only one minor issue was do dispatch or tracking notification.

We engaged Peninsula Air Conditioning to install a ducted system in our residential property. The company provided a comprehensive proposal and excellent on-site advice. The installation was completed in one day with the site left spotless. Our experience with Peninsular Air has been a very positive one and we would highly recommend them.

Clear, and efficient. Great to work with.

Sako was a pleasure to work with - very professional and knowledgable and always flexible with our ever changing renovation timeline.

They knew what they were doing, they had all the tools + the right equipment and were in and out in a day + the new unit works SO much better than the old one. Absolutely LOVE IT!

Email reply pre sale within an hour!

Super quick delivery

Installation was easy to arrange. For those using this with google: only have letters (no numbers or characters) in both user name and password. Once setup in Google you have all the heat/cool/dry/fan settings plus temperature and fan speed!

This is easily worth the money and basically gives you a controller on every nest hub!

Ordered Daikin Airbase BRP15B61 from Pen Air, the whole process of ordering and shipping was flawless and part was received in perfect condition..
I had left a voicemail with Pen Air, The staffs quickly reached out to me and was very knowledgeable and confirmed the compatibility of the part with my ducted unit. They also offered assistance in case I had difficulty with the setup.

All in all I am very happy to recommend Pen Air for all your cooling or heating needs!!!!
