I ordered the textured pen mat 2 great product which feels super nice to use and can be easily taken off! Which was great for me as I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Pentips where super helpful and let me do a size exchange only needing to pay postage. They were very generous allowing me to take my time with postage etc. Super nice product, fantastic customer service!

You kept in touch throughout the last transaction, giving me the feeling I could make contact at any time if necessary.
Add to that, the screen cover does exactly what I needed it to do.

I saw an advert for PenTips online and after checking out their reviews I ordered the mat and some pentips for my iPad. Unfortunately the mat arrived damaged so I contacted the company and sent them photos of the damage and they responded within a couple of days advising me that a replacement would be sent. I received the replacement today and it’s perfect. In between I had a couple of emails advising me about the progress of my replacement. I am delighted with the mat and the pentips and they’re perfect for drawing with an Apple Pencil on the iPad. The mat makes drawing so much easier. I thoroughly recommend PenTips as their customer service is brilliant and the products are well worth the cost.

I’ve bought several tips from them and all were of fantastic quality. A game changer for my digital drawing. The shipping was fast too and the packaging is really well designed and cool.

It's pretty good, doesn't feel like traditional pencil. But it's easier to draw stable line

My order contained 2 pen tips. one snapped off in the first week. The other wore down to a sharp point and scratched up my ipad screen protector in less than one month of use. This is just drawing in Procreate in the evenings, pretty light use.

UPDATE: The reply from the manufacturer says they reached out to me to offer a refund or replacement... this is not correct. I got an email saying I had a credit of $12.53 that could be used on a new order as long as I spend another $29.00. I'm not pursuing this or spending any more money with them but I can't stand shady businesses making it look like they fixed a problem that they did not fix and I think people should be warned about this.

Just received my Textured Feeling PenMat 2 which I love. Only downside is a built in nib is supposed to be at the top left hand corner of the screen for easy removal however this doesn’t exist and the screen isn’t easy to remove. I have bought from this company multiple times and will continue to purchase regardless however this is misleading.

Love their product and service is great…pretty simple but astonishingly hard to pull off. The pen tips dramatically improve the tactile quality of the iPad when sketching - it feels like putting pen to paper…

Apple pencils on glass screens are too slippery for comfortable writing. I don't want to loose the vibrant colors on my iPad by using a screen matte. PenTips offers a wide range of pen tips to choose from. Their web site is very helpful. I selected the fiber tips and I am very satisfied with them. Transaction and shipping were very easily done and the vender was in contact throughout.

Shipping times were impressive given I'm in the States. Customer-care before, during, and after the sale were attentive and sincere. The products themselves are top-shelf and worth every penny spent. I'm a customer for life. PenTips hit all the buttons for me.

Just a quick update to say I’ve since ordered two more Pentips Ink—yes, they’re that good. But what truly impressed me even more was the customer service. A big shoutout to Lotta, who has been kind, warm, and incredibly efficient throughout.

The package showed as delivered, but I never received anything. I paid of $60 for pen tips, not a small amount for a grad student on a tight budget.

When I reached out to the company, they told me I needed to check with my neighbors and then gave me a long list of instructions on how to contact the post office and essentially try to track down the package myself. They said if I did all that, I *may* be eligible to receive a refund or replacement.

Frankly, shipping is part of the service that I paid for, and they literally failed to deliver on that. If you have any interest in a product that you actually receive, or any kind of customer support, I'd recommend shopping elsewhere.

I was experiencing difficulties with my PenTips Lite. Probably I made the wrong choice for my purpose of drawing/illustrating. I am a freelance illustrator and I am working a lot with procreate recently.
The customer support helpt me quick and easy and send me new tips to resolve my problem and replacing the other tips. I didn't even had to pay for the replacements. Many thanks to the PenTips Customer Care for helping me so easily and thus making it possible for me to concentrate on my work.

Awesome new Pen Tips, perfect for digital art. Given that I'm in Canada they arrived in a timely manner with follow-up to make sure I got them.

Customer service was absolutely great. I ordered the wrong size PenMat for my iPad, and they replaced it for free even though it was my fault. (I had to pay shipping, of course, but duh.)

I wanted to place an order but I was a little worried that, because it was an international order, shipping would be pricy and take a long time. I was very pleasantly surprised that the costs were quite low and it took relatively very little time for our order to be delivered.
Needless to say, my daughter and I LOVE our pen tips!
