I ordered white & received grey

I ordered white & received grey. The “cashmere” scarf is literally tissue thin. There’s no way that it could possibly keep me warm if I used it. If I wrapped toilet paper around me, it would keep me warmer. Additionally, there’s no information anywhere on how I could possibly return it.

Sorry you don't like the scarf Deb, all featherlight scarf are very thin. If you don't like it, you can change to other type of scarf. And the color you ordered is silver according the order information.

Lost package

My wife's Christmas present , a cashmere wrap, was lost in delivery. However, your representative Jimmy took over and was able, after extensive investigation, to ship another wrap which arrived today. It was exactly what she wanted and fit perfectly. A little late, but it was her best Christmas present. Thank you Jimmy!

I ordered 2 wraps for my wedding

I ordered 2 wraps for my wedding. The ivory one never showed up and the one that looked like a champagne color had a green tone to it so I was not able to wear either of them. I ended up having to borrow a black one from my cousin. I hope I wasn’t charged for the ivory one since it did not arrive and plan to return the other one now that I am back from my honeymoon. I really hoped they worked out but has to scramble last minute to find a solution. I have photos to show I used a black one I borrow.
