What makes us choose this Garage, over a more local one, is the excellent customer service. The difference in price is negligible but the experience is so much better. The actual service was carried out efficiently and in the arranged time. We were very pleasantly received and there was a comfortable place to sit with coffee etc but no sugar!
Our only criticism was the extremely annoying radio which droned on endlessly with men discussing politics.After 3 hours we were very glad to leave. With hindsight, we should have said something !

Great service, explained what needed to be done and when confirmation was given, got on and dealt with everything. Very trustworthy, polite and helpful.

I was able to book a service and mot well in advance at a time to suit me. The dealership had all my details and informed me about a recall on the Suzuki S-Cross. Everything was dealt with efficnetly and the car was returned on time.

I asked about used S-Cross cars last year and expected to hear when one was available: I heard nothing but saw one on the forecourt when visiting PB for something else.
Buying it was more complicated than expected, due to issues with the previous owner and a private plate.
The dealer also lost the second key for the car and three weeks later it has not been replaced.
It is very difficult to contact the dealer by telephone, and voicemail messages are often ignored. It is not helped by the sales persons working part-time and they do not co-ordinate well together with the customer.
Regrettably standards have slipped in recent times.

I brought the Vitara in to have a free replacement cartridge fitted (under a recall scheme). That was efficiently done, but I also appreciated the general ‘health check’ of the car carried out (free) and found it useful.

I have purchased multiple Suzuki models from Pebley Beach, and the service has always been great, from the initial sale, to the service team. Recently, I purchased a Suzuki Ignis which needed a rear camera fitted. There was unfortunately a delay with camera, but Scott kept me well informed going through the process. I've had the car for approx. 2 weeks now and I'm very happy with it! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 is well deserved.
