Quality gear, can’t fault it.

I had a very poor experience with this company.

I placed an order and was explicitly told that it was ready for dispatch. Shortly after, I started receiving contradictory emails: one stating that the order was on the way (with Royal Mail tracking), and another saying that the items were suddenly “not suitable to send”.

Despite me clearly stating that I wanted the original items as ordered (no substitutions, no refund at that stage), the company unilaterally cancelled the order and issued a refund without my consent.

The Royal Mail tracking later disappeared, confirming that the parcel was never actually handed over.

This shows a complete lack of internal order management and poor communication between staff. Even during a sale, this is not an acceptable way to treat customers.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Placed an order received email stating that the goods I had ordered where damaged please select alternatives. This was done in good time. So made another choice. Then it took nearly 30 days for them to shop the order and only after I chased them.
Customer services stated they had a serious word with despatch. Well that helps. Merchandise arrived and they forgot the free gift.
I point this out to them and surprise surprise that’s out of stock. Now exploring returning everything.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered a coat which arrived with a broken zip, told to send it back and they would investigate and we'd go from there. As the coat was in the sale I asked would they make sure they had another put aside to replace the broken one. No answer to that email or subsequent emails and the coat is out of stock, so I'm now left with keeping a broken coat or no coat but as this was a present that was shown to my son I will now have an extremely disappointed child. Even wanted me to pay for return of broken coat until I said that wasn't right as they sent out a faulty product. 1st and last time of using this company

Ordered returned and acknowledged received by company on 29.12.25 but still no sign of any refund.

I haven’t received my order yet, but fantastic customer service from the staff. A pair of shorts I had ordered, turned out to be out of stock. They contacted me straight away, I got a different pair, which was more expensive than the original, at no extra cost. Great work, I look forward to my items being delivered.

orderd a matching shorts and jacket. the virtual. pink orderd on the thursdsy arrived by weds next week. good job i read reviews about the sizing so i got size up and fits perfect. the shorts are in with the comfiest ive worn. will defo order again and recomended to all the boys.

Sent out the wrong colour shorts ordered Navy but received Black. Shocking after service trying to say it’s the Dye but under colour reader the colour came out as charcoal. Bag also looked re-sealed, blocked the payment through my credit card provider.

Bad, I was waiting for my shirts over 2 months - they said it was lost. After more than a month they have sent another one, you wont belive this, to Thailand instead of Croatia. When firsth one came from nowhere 3 shirts were missing. Now, after 3 mails they are just ignoring me. :( bad experience.

Shite,order never turned,just got automated bull shit reply emails,steer clear...

Ones again I give them 5 stars.
Really good collections, great discounts and generous rewards system.
There are many complains about sizes but I do not have any problems. I know exactly what size of each product I need. But I agree that they need to improve sizing chart for new clients - especially for T-shirts as they are smaller than stated.
And also they have great customer service.
Please return wool caps next winter. My cap is too old now(((.

Le service client de ce de ce site est très à l’écoute et j’ai pu faire un retour assez facilement, je, je conseille ce site à toute personne qui aime cette marque et je recommanderais avec grand plaisir

Absolute shit Quality!! Am a big guy am 6ft5 and i bought a winterjacket in XL and the quality was pis, it was cold, the sizing was way to big, the tightening band around the hood broke the first day and i will never buy anything from them again!

Every item that I purchased was too small. I bought two hoodies a T-shirt and shorts (Christmas shopping) and not one of the items fits. When trying to get the hoodie over my head it just about pulled all of my hair from my scalp (it might fit a child’s head) because of the very tight fit at the hood and like I say the 2XL hoodie was more like a large men’s, the same with the shorts. I’m not going to waste money sending items back at my cost based on previous reviews on trust pilot where the company fails to respond to emails when you ask to return the items. £67 down the drain. Avoid do not purchase from this useless company I hope it goes bust.

Don’t believe the 5 star reviews they are probably written by the company itself.

Reveived a jacket, way too big, returned it on the 26th September 2024, no response from them still not processed return, will never buy from these again
Avoid at all costs

Had to return a jacket as it was too big. The size guide for the item was way out. Returned for a smaller size but a week after they received it back it is still yet to be processed! No doubt when they get round the size I require will be out of stock. When contacted all you get is a template response.

DO NOT buy anything from this company,don't trust the good reviews
Waited 2 weeks for an order (should be 2-5 days )tried multiple times to get an answer from them where it was all I got it was royal mails fault ,tried to be reasonable and reorder my order and once again ignored me NEVER AGAIN

I had an issue with an item i ordered recently so i contacted customer services. I get a perfect response and everything was resolved immediately.
