I have been in communication with Peace Collective. The reason for such a massive delay in orders the past couple months was due, the Blue Jays playoff run came unexpected and it backed the company up a bit but they are back to normal now.
I guess they need to clear the orders on back log. **
Here are the reasons why I'm not giving this experience a 1 star.
1. The quality of the clothing I have received so far is excellent. Comfy, well stitched. The logos and print are top notch.
2. I believe in what the company stands for and the concept behind raising $1 million dollars for mental health research.
What doesn't sit well with me is how they manage their company after the customer clicks pay. That's when it goes downhill.
1. It's not okay that you make your customer wait and wait for a tracking number. With my situation I only received my tracking number when I called the brick and mortar store in the Distillery District. The employee was very helpful and it sounded like this wasn't the first time they received a call like mine. I got a tracking number for 1 of 2 shipments. I am STILL WAITING for my second shipment. I believe that had I not called, I would be still waiting.
2. Don't you want your customers to write the opposite of these reviews. It sucks how hard customers have to work to get an answer about our order.
3. When anyone in this economy spends over $100 we expect to be given great customer service. No one wants to climb a metaphorical mountain to recieve a tracking number.
4. What will stop me from being a customer? The silence. How do you run a company with official NBA, NHL, MLB etc. merchandise and not have proper customer service? Scratch that, regardless of what your selling, I paid for my order and my expectation is you provide me with the information I paid for.
Peace Collective you have a good thing going, but, please, get your act together, because I want to remain a customer of a Canadian company.
Brutal experience
Ordered on November 2nd. With a note on the product page saying "shipping on November 8".
It is now November 16 with no update or communication from the company. Emailed customer service on November 12. I wish I read all these reviews before placing an order. Every single one seems to be bang on. Lack of customer service available to customer through order tracking and email. I thought I was doing something good. Supporting a Canadian company that supports local communities through charity. This has got to be a scam. I will be disputing the charges through my bank.
Terrible Customer Service
Order placed 24OCT, expected to ship 31OCT and still hasn’t shipped. Sent two follow ups with no reply. In the meantime, the was payment processed same day. DO NOT DO IT!!
No one is getting back to me
No one is getting back to me, they have left my order unfulfilled since October 19, charged me in full, and have not responded to my requests for help. Previously had no problems with this company, wondering if it has changed hands.

No response, totally ignored, comment deleted on social media post! Ordered FIFA World Cup shirt in August, received it in November, stolen! They absolutely do not care to resolve any issues you might have, and will ignore you despite whatever you do. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

If I could rate this lower than one star I would.
I ordered off this website on October 20th. It is now November 14th and I have still had no update as to where my parcel is. I connected with “Kimberly” via the chat on their help page who assured me it would be sent out and here I am still waiting. I showed my partner some items on here that I myself was interested in and have since told him not to bother due to the incompetence of this company.
If they were backed up with orders, or struggling, reaching out to those who have ordered to let us know that it would be a bit delayed, would have been enough. But instead they chose to stay quiet, continue posting on their socials, and physically deleting comments of those who have spent money on their website then asked where their products are.
This company is an absolute disgrace and should not be trusted. I will be seeking legal advice now due to the lack of communication and services and will be ensuring a refund comes my way.
54 days, zero resolution
I wanted to provide an update on my nightmare of an experience with this company. As soon as I wrote a complaint, they were able to offer me faster shipping on one of my orders. The order arrived with only 1/2 items and it said it was the whole order. I reached out to customer service and have not received any information about the missing item. For my other order, they offered me a $30 credit if I would keep the order in their queue and accept another month long delay in production. I declined, have asked to return the first incomplete order, and be cancel/be refunded for the 2nd. Let me sum everything up here:

Items received: 1/3
Their lack of transparency is frightening and their even larger lack of communication is the biggest reason to avoid this company. You should know that they don’t have a customer support phone number because they like to hide behind their emails.
Beware of long shipping time and delays.
It’s been 4 weeks since I ordered. I reached out last week for a timeline, I was assured it will be sent out this week. I now received an email telling me there is delay and it will be another week. This is the most absurd place to buy from. I literally live an hour from their headquarters. I order from China and get things quicker. I am not sure I even trust I will receive my product. I do not recommend this store.
Item never shipped
Ordered and paid for a Jays sweater two weeks ago. No update. My account still says “unfulfilled”. Reached out to PC twice and have not received a reply. Avoid this company, either it is a scam or their customer service is woefully inadequate.
Going on 3 months without receiving my order
I placed my first order with the Peace Collective on August 20th, 2025. On September 13th I received an email stating “on demand items were delayed, but expected to be shipped the week of October 13th”. I had been in contact with an agent named Kimberly in September, but since then have received no shipping updates nor has any customer service agent(s) responded to my 6 emails sent. I have even sent a DM to their IG page, as well, 2 emails sent via their website under the “contact us” section. I spent over $200 CDN and it’s going on 3 months since my order was placed. Highly unprofessional and suspect. I will be escalating this issue in the following week if I don’t hear back. All I wanted to do was support a Canadian company, and this is how it went.

Versand hat für mein Paket 2 Monate gedauert, ich hatte aber keinen Zeitdruck daher habe ich das mit einberechnet.
Ich mag die Designs und diese kommen den Bildern online sehr nahe.
Also ingesamt wem das Design gefällt sollte hier zuschlagen dennoch sind nach Deutschland extreme Versandzeiten zu erwarten.

Ordered in September, Ghosted by November
I ordered a hoody for my birthday in September.
Every week after the original estimated shipping time I got an email saying it’s delayed another week.
It’s now November and they’ve stopped sending the emails and they still haven’t sent me my hoody.
They haven’t replied to any of my emails and instead send an auto response saying they will respond between 5-7 business days - they don’t.
My guess is the complaint emails have piled up too high for them to sort through as all over their social media posts it’s the same thing.
Don’t buy here.
Avoid at all costs
Their designs may be cute, but that’s where the positives end. Everything else about this experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and incredibly unprofessional.
I placed my order on October 5th after confirming twice through social media that my item would ship the week of the 13th and arrive by the end of the month. I explained that I had a strict timeline, and both times I was reassured it wouldn’t be an issue. The product listing itself even stated the same shipping window. That assurance turned out to be completely meaningless.
By October 20th, my order status still hadn’t changed — it just said “confirmed.” I sent a polite follow-up email asking for an update and immediately received an automated reply saying customer service was “busier than usual” and that it would take 3–4 business days to respond. It actually took seven business days, only for them to tell me the same thing: that they were busy and my order was “expected to ship later that week.” Of course, that never happened.
Now it’s October 30th, and not only has my order still not shipped, but I’ve also had zero meaningful communication from anyone. They don’t respond to follow-ups, social media messages, or comments. It feels like once they have your money, they disappear. There’s no accountability, no transparency, and absolutely no effort to make things right. They just steal from customers.
Their “customer service” is, frankly, a joke. It’s clear they either don’t have enough staff or simply don’t care to address the flood of complaints they’re receiving, likely because so many people are in the same situation. They’ll even delete comments from social media in an attempt to hide the truth. Instead of being upfront about delays or offering refunds, they hide behind canned responses and excuses.
If they were truly “busier than usual,” a responsible company would communicate that on their website, update customers proactively, or stop accepting new orders until they catch up. But instead, they continue to take orders and money without any regard for the people waiting weeks or months for products that never arrive.
Paying nearly $70 for a T-shirt and being completely ghosted by the company is unacceptable. It’s not just bad service — it’s dishonest.
It’s no wonder their customer service is “overwhelmed.” When you ignore customers, lie about timelines, and refuse to take responsibility, that’s exactly what happens.
I’ve reached out to several local news stations — especially with all the Blue Jays hype and their branded merch — and outlets are interested in covering this story. Unsurprisingly, the company continues to ignore them as well.
Cute designs mean nothing when a company treats customers this poorly. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — this company simply does not care about the people who support them.
Don’t Trust Their Timelines
I regret not checking these reviews first. The shipping and production timelines advertised are completely misleading — bordering on dishonest. My order is unacceptably late with zero meaningful communication. Customer service either ignores messages or responds so slowly it’s useless.
At this point, I don’t even care about the product quality — a company that refuses to provide accurate timelines or allow cancellations does not respect its customers. There is simply no excuse for this level of service today.
If you value transparency, reliability, or basic customer support, avoid this company. They need to stop lying to customers, period.

100% Avoid - Quality, Care, & Respect Gone
I've purchased from Peace Collective for years, and have had inconsistencies throughout that time. Unfortunately now along with massive product quality discrepancies, their customer support is stretched so thin they can provide nothing resembling actual support. I can absolutely no longer recommend them in any capacity or support what they are doing. I should have donated $70 instead of continuing to spend my money with them. I find it hard to believe they even follow through on their community commitments they appear to care so little for their actual product quality, product or service consistency, let alone their customers. My order shipped late, arrived late, was two sizes larger than the last item I purchased of the exact same description, and I was given nothing but the run around for over a month attempting to get support. Really lazy business practice. You are worth more than they will give you.
Delays delays delays...
I ordered a Blue Jays sweater on August 3rd, 2025. It is now October 21, 2025 and I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I've been contacting them, and they have no idea when I'm gonna get my order... I can only wish I'll receive it before the Jays' season is over. What a rip off... So disappointing!
