Peace Collective Arvostelua 200

Been over a month of emailing about my order, with poor response. Still no dispatch notification due to ‘small production issues’ some apologising but no action from peace collective. Refused to refund, Do not buy from this company!

I would avoid. I just received two t-shirts and they are very different from the images and the descriptions in the website. The quality is way off compared to what is advertised. Not worth what they are charging for h&m type clothes.

I'm already planning my next order because I'm so pleased with everything – from the service to the quality of their products. Highly recommended! :)

Ordered a sweater that felt extremely cheap, despite paying over $100 for it. It fit weirdly in the shoulders and had a screen-printed design - nowhere near the quality expected for the price. Shipping was done at a decent time. However, I requested a return and shipped the item back. It's nearly a month, and I still haven't received my money back.

Ordered a whole set from them including shirt, shorts, shoes, hat and a bag. After the delivery being late for 2 months where I had to complain through their chat support almost every week for their process to move forward, I finally received a package.

From the set I only received the shoes, hat and the bag, but not the shirt or the short which in my opinion would be the most important part of the set. They now sent me an email saying they won't be able to send me the shirt or the shorts, they asked if I wanted store credit or a refund. I asked for a refund for the entire set since I don't need what they sent me without the most important part. They refused because my order was made longer than a month ago even though they were the ones who were 2 months late on their order and because I had opened the packaging to make sure I received the correct product.

If I could write 0/5 I would but 1 would do. I ordered their hats (McDonald’s collection and their own line of hats) and couple jackets. I understand that the jackets were available at a later date ( ordered beginning of May) but why would you not give the option of shipping out the hats first? So I cancelled the hats since they went on sale. Thinking they have this in stock and would ship sooner (ordered end of May) but still nothing? The fact that I ordered a pair of shorts from China and that one came first and peace collective while being in the same country still hasn’t shipped my hats??? Doesn’t make sense don’t bother ordering from them it’s 2024 idk how they’re operating still with shipping as slow as a kickstarter project lol. I wouldn’t recommend

BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS! I placed an order on November 24th. On December 8th I received an email saying my order would take a little bit extra time but to “rest assured” it’s at the “top of their priority list”….

It is now December 19th

I’ve received no communication regarding my shipment, I’ve received no reply to my emails (I have sent many). I’ve messaged them on Facebook and Instagram as well and no one has responded to me.

I also received a confusing email on Dec 6th saying that the order was ready… but then received another email on December 8th saying it’s actually not ready…

I have Christmas gifts in my order. I ordered a MONTH before Christmas.

This lack of communication from peace collective shows how little they care about their customers. They will take your money, and then leave you in the dark for weeks on end… maybe even months… save your money and never order from this company. I had to learn my lesson the hard way.

Ordered an item on Nov 25th. They said it was “on Demand”. It is now Dec 18th and still no email about shipping. Sent 3 emails asking about my product. NOTHING !!! Can’t call because I can’t find a number…..just emails which they don’t respond to. PATHETIC !!

Founder assaulted an employee at Starbucks in the name of Free Palestine. BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS

If I could give a 0 star I would. I ordered two hats at the end of April, they said it would ship by mid May. Nothing came that month. Emailed them and got no response for 2 weeks straight. Then they said it will ship by mid June. All of June passed and I still did not receive anything. Emailed again, no response. Emailed AGAIN and they said "maybe someone living with you took it?". Impossible since I work from home and am alone 80% of my day. July is currently ending and I receive an email saying "order failed". I emailed them and they told me it "I see that it was delivered" So I contacted Canada Post and they said they never shipped anything to me! I have spent 2 months straight asking them where the package is. They then told me "it might have been sent to the wrong address. If you can, contact the person it was shipped to" HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CALL SOMEONE I DONT KNOW? Either way, the address was written properly! I paid 5$ for shipping insurance to avoid lost or stolen packages. YET IM THE ONE LOOKING FOR IT? I PAID YOU, SO THAT I CAN DO THE WORK? Absolutely unheard of. If you respect your time and your money, AVOID THE ONLINE STORE!!! They will rob you and if you still order DO NOT TAKE PAKCAGE INSURANCE. IT IS A SCAM!

I ordered their McDonald’s collection 2 months ago and only did I receive my items finally because I filed a law suit against them for ripping me off 😂

Oh and did I mention they sent it to the wrong address? Thank god the person that lived there was decent enough to find me and bring it to me!

I also just bought the McDonald's collection, it should be noted to the other reviewer that the receipt says "Will ship out close to June 12, 2023". Wish I had known that BEFORE purchase but makes sense why I haven't gotten mine since they're being shipped then...

Purcahsed the Mcdonalds collection and Im from Canada so shipping should not be a problem on May 8! May 26 and they still HAVE NOT SHIPPED THE ITEMS! $173 dollars later and I emailed them and they sent some stupid email back that there buzy and will reply to email with 3 days I laughed so hard that these turds cant even reply back to a customers email! Joke of a company!

This review is only for online purchasing. I purchased my item on Dec 5, it states that there could be a possibility of it not making by Christmas which I was fine with. But, the lack of communication from the customer service is ridiculous. They say that if you send multiple emails, it's gonna go to the bottom of the queue. I paid extra for 2 day shipping and after I complained about the lack of communication and wanting to know the status of my order after 10 business days had passed and my order still wasn't shipped; they refunded me my shipping $ which was nice, but then decided to do the free shipping option which took an additional week and a half to receive. The pieces are cool but not worth the hassle and poor customer service. Also, my item was flagged as "priority" but did not ship out until 5 business days later. This experience will not make me a returning customer and will not advise anyone I know to purchase from them.

Worst buying experience ever! I placed an order in November, and after waiting for 2 weeks and a half . And reaching out 4 times to customer service, where they sent me my confirmation email for my order 4 times instead of providing an update They finally responded after I messaged via IG. I'm all for supporting local and small businesses. But the way my experience was handled has turned me off from this company for any future purchases.

They advertise that their masks are made in toronto, but the bag clearly says made in pakistan. Paid extra just for these masks because I though they were made in toronto. Contacted support, but no response.
