Absolute joke of a company they owe me over £400 and I can not get a refund from my account that is in credit. The reason I am in credit is an over charge on there part after staircaseing. Been waiting 5 weeks. Even my complaint has been ignored. The person who is dealing with my refund call Daniel ignores my emails. All I want is what is rightfully mine. Please very careful before you buy a shared ownership home with these!

THE WORST HOUSING ASSOCIATION EVER! we have had a leak coming from the gutter, which was reported instantly. Peabody ignored it for ONE MONTH, in cold, rainy winter. The leak caused a lot of damage to the property. Peabody finally fixed the leak after a month, but is now refusing to fix the damages that were caused by the leak. I emailed the CEO of Peabody who was very nice and replied instantly saying a member of his team will get back to me. But he has no idea that his employees have NO RESPECT for him cause no one got back to me despite me chasing multiple times. Absolute shame!

Taznia was absolutely incredible! She answered every query in detail and we left her feeling confident we'd made the right decision. She is a highly skilled professional with a human touch and I hope her employers recognise and acknowledge her talent.

We could not have asked for a better service for finding our home. Oscar and Deken went above and beyond and made the whole thing feel relaxed and easy and knew the answers to every question we asked. When Oscar showed us around the flat his passion for the job shone through and made the entire experience a delight. Deken was extremely responsive and helpful and they both played a huge role in our trust in the company.

Alex Sealey was a great sales executive, answering my questions quickly, promoting various benefits I was entitled to through Peabody, supporting my application through an unexpected delay and generally being a top guy.
The only downside from Peabody was a set amount of "remaining" finances per month that wasn't clear at the start.

The experience of purchasing a shared ownership flat is overall great with Peabody, thanks to the effective communication of their staff, Deken and Ifrah. They always reply to emails very fast and have been patient and clear when asking to clarify some issues.

I worked with Alexander and Deken while buying my home and they were very helpful throughout the process. There were some delays caused by some unforeseen circumstances and even though it wasn't caused by their side, they helped me solve them and made things go faster. Very pleased to have worked with them so far.

Peabody offers excellent and modern housing especially for first time buyers through shared ownership. They have very accommodating, approachable and genuine people. Share ownership purchase was done so quickly, took exactly 8 weeks. Special thanks to Tracey and Becky ( my 2 angels ) they were so helpful and always reachable during this stressful period. They are working with Censeo as mortgage broker, therefore mortgage offer part is done so quickly. Until now I give 5 star to Peabody, hopefully their after purchase service will be the same.
