1. Press Ctrl+K -> Preference ->then Press " Ctrl+Shift+F1"(desktop computer), or " Ctrl+Shift+Fn+F1" (Laptop)
2. Click "Message Center" at the bottom -> Choose "Disable Message Center" -> Click Apply.
Method 2
Press Windows + R to open [Run]. Enter the path:

Mon expérience :
En 2023, j’ai acheté Wondershare PDFelement 9 avec une licence présentée comme perpétuelle. Trois ans plus tard, je ne peux plus utiliser le logiciel à cause de pop-ups intrusifs qui ferment l’application si je refuse de faire une mise à jour. Cette mise à jour ? Une version plus récente… payante.
Problèmes :
- Les fenêtres pop-up s’ouvrent en boucle et bloquent l’accès au logiciel.
- La version 9, que j’ai légitimement achetée, est rendue inutilisable pour me forcer à payer à nouveau.
- Manque de transparence : Aucune information sur cette politique lors de l’achat. Une licence perpétuelle devrait rester utilisable, point.
Solutions tentées :
Recherche de l’ancienne version sur le site de Wondershare : installée de nouveau mais le problème reste le même.
Contact du support : call center IA en anglais, dysfonctionnel
Mon avis, c’est de l’arnaque pure et simple.

PDFelement prevents me to save if I don't upgrade
I own a Perpetual Plan of PDFelement (version 8.4.16). They keep asking me to upgrade to their new version. I don't want to because I don't like any AI features the new version provides. Now they prevent me to save my edited pdf. Every time I click SAVE or SAVE AS, a upgrade request is popped up. If I do not upgrade (close the request), I couldn't save! Any contact to the company goes nowhere.
Update: Wondershare quickly responded and recommended me to re-download the version from the link of their website. It doesn't work, too! Then its Chatbox told me to roll back the version from Account Center, but there no option there, too.

Une catastrophe, ce logiciel. Aucune aide en français suite à un problème technique donc pas de moyen de le résoudre. Même en anglais il y a uniquement un AI à consulter. Pas de suivi par un personnel "vivant"!!! J'ai perdu 3 heures de travail (malgré l'enregistrement manuel) et je ne peux même pas recommencer car j'ai peur de perdre à nouveau les données. Je me sens désarmé !!!! Qui est-ce qu'il va me rembourser ce temps de travail ?

Lifetime is not lifetime for them
I am quite unhappy. I had a life time subscription, then I lost access to my email and bought a second life time subscription. Shortly after they updated the programme so I can not use it anymore unless I buy another subscription. I find this very unfair.

It pushes the annoying "create pdf..." banner on top of the e-mail program, even though I HAVE NEVER ASKED SUCH!!!

Abo Pflichtige Einschränkungen bei selbst lebenslanger Lizenz
Einschränkungen bei selbst lebenslangem Lizenzmodell teures Abo erforderlich und macOS-Nutzung nicht wirklch möglich.
Ich habe Wondershare PDF Elements mit einer als lebenslang beworbenen Lizenz erworben. In der praktischen Nutzung hat sich für mich jedoch gezeigt, dass für bestimmte Funktionen ein zusätzliches Abonnement erforderlich ist. Diese Einschränkung war für mich zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs nicht ausreichend transparent.
Auf meinem Mac (macOS) zeigte die Anwendung zudem Stabilitätsprobleme, wodurch eine zuverlässige Bearbeitung von PDF-Dokumenten in meinem Fall nicht möglich war.
Ein weiterer Punkt betrifft die Systemintegration:
Ich wollte die App zwar installiert lassen, sie jedoch nicht als Standardanwendung für PDF-Dateien verwenden. Dies ließ sich über die normalen macOS-Einstellungen nicht erfolgreich umsetzen. Laut Auskunft des Apple Supports konnte die Standardzuordnung erst nach vollständiger Deinstallation der Software wieder entfernt werden.
Der aber nervigsten Punkt ist, dass aufgrund der Tatsache, dass ich kein Abo haben, möchte ich immer wieder darauf hingewiesen werde. Ich muss Abo machen und das habe ich bei einer lebenslang Kaufversion nicht so erwartet.
Finde ich persönlich ehrlicherweise auch frech und empfinde es als Verbrauchertäuschung, denn zurückgeben kann ich das Produkt nicht was ich eigentlich gerne machen wollte und wenn ich jetzt wirklich nutzen will beziehungsweise diese lästigen AboAufrufe nicht mehr möchte, dann muss ich ein Abo abschließen.
So entsteht mir zu mindestens der Eindruck, dass mit Absicht suggeriert wird eine lebenslange Vollversion zu kaufen und dann über die lästigen Werbescreens der Kunde gezwungen wird, ein Abo zu nehmen, wenn er das Produkt wirklich nutzen will und das Geld für die lebenslange Version nicht abschreiben, möchte als absolut unnütz ausgegeben.
Aufgrund dieser persönlichen Erfahrungen entspricht die Anwendung nicht meinen Erwartungen. Für macOS-Nutzer empfehle ich daher, vor dem Kauf sehr genau zu prüfen, ob Lizenzumfang und Systemverhalten den eigenen Anforderungen entsprechen.

The program updates frequently and tries to upsell into a new subscription. Wondershare have moved to an online AI only support service model, good luck lodging a ticket, you will go around in circles. I'm waiting out the subscription until a time we move our business out of the wondershare platform.

Verbrauchertäuschung? - Rückgaben nicht möglich
Der Wondershare PDFelement Editor ist auf meinem Windows-ARM64-Gerät nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Dokumente öffnen sich extrem langsam, wodurch ein produktives oder gar tägliches Arbeiten praktisch nicht möglich ist.
Auf der Website finden sich keine klaren Informationen zur Unterstützung von ARM64-Systemen. Die Homepage selbst ist unübersichtlich aufgebaut, stark auf Verkaufsabschlüsse ausgerichtet und erschwert das Auffinden technischer Details erheblich.
Auch innerhalb der kostenpflichtigen Desktop-Anwendung wird kontinuierlich für weitere Wondershare-Produkte geworben. Bei einer Software, für die bereits ein Kaufpreis entrichtet wurde, ist dies aus Nutzersicht unangemessen.
Der Hauptgrund für die Ein-Sterne-Bewertung ist jedoch der Umgang mit Rückgaben und der Kundensupport. Auf der Verkaufsseite wird prominent mit einer „30-Tage-Geld-zurück-Garantie“ geworben. Erst nach aufwendigem Durchklicken mehrerer Seiten lassen sich die tatsächlichen Rückgabebedingungen finden. Diese laufen faktisch darauf hinaus, dass das Produkt nach dem Kauf nicht mehr rückerstattet wird. Dieses Vorgehen empfinde ich als irreführend gegenüber Konsumenten.
Ich habe bereits innerhalb der ersten sechs Stunden nach dem Kauf eine Rückgabe beantragt, da die Software auf meinem System nicht ordnungsgemäß funktionierte. Trotz mehrfacher Erläuterung wurde die Rückerstattung abgelehnt. Zusätzlich ist das Kontaktformular auf 250 Zeichen begrenzt, was eine sachliche und vollständige Problembeschreibung nahezu unmöglich macht.
Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen werde ich künftig keine Produkte von Wondershare mehr erwerben. Der Markt bietet ausreichend Alternativen, die transparenter kommunizieren und einen kundenorientierteren Support bieten.

Pas vraiment satisfait de l'ergonomie et des fonctionnalités proposées. Mon besoin est la creation de formulaire complexe. C'est vraiment pas ergonomique et j'ai eu des problèmes d'alignement du texte à l'intérieur de la zone de saisie.
J'ai demandé un remboursement qui m'a été refusé.

Completa decepción
Ha sido una completa decepción. La conversión que hace a epub tiene toda clase de problemas, cambia el tamaño de títulos y otros textos, no mantiene las páginas... Incluso coloca guiones separando sílabas en todas las páginas, en muchas palabras que no se deben separar (están incluso en el medio de la línea).

A New Approach to Bait-and-Switch?
As soon as a "new and improved [sic]" version of this program comes out, you get hassled by pop-ups to purchase/subscribe to the newer version... AND IT DOES NOT STOP! It is not a bug — it is a feature — intended to hassle you to upgrade... The problem is that the upgrade does NOT improve the user experience for what may be generously described as marginal improvements at best. This certainly has the feel of a bait-and-swtich.
And even without that, you basically almost ALWAYS have to "sign-in" to your account to use anything more than the basic features of the program.
And don't get me started on tech support... Basically, uses AI-generated answers that go on-and-on and basically is unusable slop, regurgitating the same solutions as you try to narrow down to a solution.å

Ils ne respectent pas leur politique de remboursement de 30 jours (ni même celle de 14 dans l'UE).

Votre service de réclamation me renvoie exactement la même réponse automatique sans même lire ce qui est transmis de mon côté (via un formulaire contraignant de moins de 250 caractères). SERVICE WONDERSHARE = ZERO

Toujours en amélioration sur la présentation claire avec toutes les fonctions souhaitées pour : créer, modifier, reconnaissance OCR parfaite, formulaire, etc. Le tout par lot. Des prix raisonnables pour la version perpétuelle et les upgrades lors des changements majeurs qui vous fidélisent. L'IA est présente avec différentes options. Vivement la traduction et remplacement du texte directement (en étude certainement)
