Scammers
Same as all the other one star reviews, they make you pay 50c for what you think is a one and go operation and then, days later, they charge you 40 euros a month for a service that doesn't exist because after the first time it doesn't make you login anymore and the reset password doesn't work.
All the good reviews here seems botted and not real so be aware. The only way to unsubscribe is to go to the footer (scroll down all the way) and click on the "termination" line. It took me a while because the site makes it very hard for you to find it.
It feels like they're trying every way to scam you but in a legal way.

Esperienza terribilmente negativa. Ho riscontrato un addebito di 39.90 euro senza aver sottoscritto alcun abbonamento consapevolmente. Lo trovo un comportamento avido e meschino, approfittarsi così della gente, dal momento in cui l'offerta non è stata chiara e per il fatto che non sia stato fornito un consenso esplicito per l'addebito automatico. La legge prevede che le condizioni contrattuali debbano essere comunicate in modo chiaro e trasparente, e che il consenso del consumatore debba essere espresso in modo univoco e consapevole.
Nel mio caso, non ho ricevuto alcuna conferma esplicita dell'abbonamento e del costo associato, e non sono stato informato in modo chiaro della scadenza del periodo di prova e del successivo addebito automatico.
Pertanto, ritengo che l'addebito sia stato effettuato senza il mio consenso informato e che sia stato violato il mio diritto come consumatore. Chiedo pertanto che l'addebito sia annullato, altrimenti mi rivolgerò alle autorità competenti.

i have payed 0.50p for a pdf and the next day they charged me £39.10 without any of my consent and my bank luckily notified me about this unauthorised payment dan blocked any further payments to these scammers and LITERALLY A DAY LATER THEY TOOK MONEY OUT AGAIN BY CHANGING THEIR MERCHANT NAME SO A FRAUD INVESTIGATION IS GOING ON AGAINST THEM.

They are scamming people offering a 50p service but in small print it signs you up to a £40 a month subscription you will be charged for in 2 days. I contacted the company as soon as I seen the charge and I was told its clear and my fault so no refunds. Scum bags, most good review fake. Check every bad review says same thing as me. Avoid at all costs

Scammers! After paying 50p for a pdf in which I didn’t receive a couple of days later I was charged £39.90. I contacted the company and was told the payment is pending and it wouldn’t come out of my bank account and i would be refunded. A couple of days have passed and the transaction has came out of my bank. Awful company. Would not recommend

I converted a pdf and it asked for £0.50 to download it. I payed and then they was charging me every month £39.90
I COULDNT SIGN IN OR RECOVER MY PASSWORD TO STOP THAT UNTIL I FOUND A LINK THAT YOU PUT YOUR EMAIL AND THEN YOU UNSUBSCRIBE.
I was calling them and they were hanging up.
I couldn’t recognise the payment on my bank app, it was a weird name

Scam of a company stay well clear avoid at all costs. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!! I had requested a self certificate with and Initial charge of 0.50p then realised that if i didn't cancel within 48 hours then a subscription fee of £39.90 a month would incur.
Contacted the telephone number on there website .. +44 20 8068 7193 and spoke with a man saying that i was to call back in 10 mins if my self certificate didn't come through.
20 mins passed and still no certificate called back the exact same number +44 20 8068 7193 and was told by a lady it was the wrong number and a different company it was the dame numbe called with the same waiting music playing. 🙃
Contacted bank to get money back and block them. Don't let these scammers fool you DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY THAT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WHICH IS FRAUD AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR CALLS.

J'ai voulu une signature électronique pour envoyer un document à l'INSEE, j'ai payé une petite somme (moins de 2€) pour avoir au final une signature refusée par l'INSEE et il te rajoute un abonnement a 39,90€ / mois bien écrit en petit pour être sur que vous le souscriviez sans même vous en rendre compte. Ce site est une arnaque.
