2nd time customer

2nd time customer. I split my order between US domestic and international to save on money. Us domestic arrived first obviously. International order took a bit for usps to get package but it’s still arrived 5 days early than expected on website. Everything looked clean and in order, Good quality products. Pctshop would not disappoint you.

Site doesn't recognize my account

Since the site has been updated I'am unable to log into my account. I have messaged pctshop on the site 3 times about this issue with no response. I'm awaiting a much needed order and can not veiw tracking information or confirm it has even been shipped because of the new site not recognizing my screen name after being a customer for 5 years now.

Outstanding group

Outstanding group. They do what they say they do. They send what they say they'll send. Pay attention to the words in print for payment. Step one is always make sure shipping address is correct; before any order is made. Now go!

Pct shop is the only gear shop i go too. Everything always goes smoothly prices are fair & they always add extra to my orders for free. Customer service is amazing. Shipping was fast. Always a great experience

Best in the market!

I've been approached by other companies to order their products, but there's no reason to even look! I know PCT Shop has the best prices and best shipping around!!
