Easy-to-use website made picking out parts very fun and tractable for me as a PC-building newbie, and there was a very welcome amount of transparency about the whole build process. The ability to save quotes was useful as I slowly learned what parts I wanted. The build time itself was speedy and the quality of the end product has been top-notch. I've had zero complaints with my experience using PC Specialist, adore my new machine, and would absolutely shop here again (although admittedly I spent a lot on a great rig so it won't be for some years yet).

The computer is truly impressive, full professionalism and support from the guys and girls at PC Specialist .I highly recommend it!!!!

I've had to file a complaint to the ECC about PCSpecialist despite continuously pleading with them for a fair solution within my statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.

I purchased a high-end gaming PC from PCSpecialist in September 2023 for €3,845. In May 2025, the system began freezing and crashing under any 3D load. After thorough testing, I identified the RTX 4090 graphics card as the source of the issue. I raised a support ticket and requested service under the GPU’s three-year manufacturer warranty, which they acknowledged.

After shipping the GPU back at my own expense, and waiting weeks with no updates, they later returned the exact same unit with the same serial number and the same fault still present. When confronted that the unit was not replaced at promised, I was told it must have been repaired instead. At no point did they inform me a repair had taken place, nor did I consent to one. This violates my right to choose the remedy under EU consumer law.

When confronted, they shifted their explanation without offering a solution. I even offered a compromise, proposing a newer GPU replacement of an RTX 5090 to avoid escalation. Failing this I requested a full refund for the entire system as I am entitled to, due to the failed remedy. They refused and demanded I send back the full PC for further testing without any commitment to refund or resolution of any kind.

After nearly three months without a working PC, having received no acceptable resolution and being met with vague deflections and poor communication throughout, I have now filed a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre regarding their breach of EU Directive 2019/771.

I have acted in good faith at every stage. PCSpecialist has failed to resolve the issue, denied my rights as a consumer, and shown no willingness to take responsibility. I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing from them, or pray to god your expensive equipment doesn't go faulty, if you do.

This was my second time buying a custom laptop from PC Specialist and I'm blown away by their continued excellence. Frequent updates on the progress, the rigorous testing that identified an issue, which they fixed very quickly, and the realistic timeline made the whole experience smooth and palatable rather than uncertain.

And of course the laptop works like a charm. Perfect for what I need, no bloatware, nothing superfluous, because I chose every component.

Based on their reviews I contacted these guys to check what system they'd recommend as I process a lot of my photography with various providers. What they recommended based on my requirements was spot on. So I went ahead and placed my order. My computer was built very quickly giving me regular updates throughout the process. Once completed it was shipped to Ireland seamlessly. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Flawless quality custom PC build, arrived exactly to my specifications and 100% intact after the delivery to me from UK to Ireland, packaged extremely well. Very happy with purchase. Cannot recommend enough, I will definitely be purchasing from PC Specialist again.

From the moment I ordered it to the day I received the PC I’ve been overly content with the professionalism at PCS. Their website is foolproof being that it won’t let you pair parts together that won’t optimally work and even afterwards they keep you up to date with what’s going on with the production and Quality Control Testing of the PC.

It was so easy journey from the way to select the gaming PC parts to checking the compatibility to ordering, building and testing it. I am so happy with the received PC and will definitely advise to use PCSpecialist.

I am a 40 year old man who has had a PC all his life. My experience was always to go to a store and buy a pc. This is the first time I buy a pc without seeing anyone's face. But I think you guys found the right way to keep the customer up to date with the status of the PC ordered. The whole experience feels very professional. I think the 360 capture of the pc is great and overall my experience was excellent. All my life I put my PC together in parts on my own but a co-worker recommended you guys and I'm glad I listened to him. From now on I will do the same and recommend you. A lot of updates on your order, so you always know what is happening to your pc. They even sending a 3d of your pc, so you can see how it's actually looks like and it's really surprised me.
I definitely recommend them and will use their services again.

Team made it look like it was job of craftsman or artist. Love the work the have done with building PC. Though their business model takes time to build it, but what great things don't? I am very happy with the services they gave, the amount of time they invested in testing and making sure everything was perfect. Also they kept giving updates on what stage they are on. The day they showed me little sneak peak of how my CPU was looking the day I gone mad and I was blown how awesome it looked. 5/5 star rating for these guys. I ordered a recoil 18 inch laptop that I configured myself on there super easy user friendly website. Halfway through my build I changed my ssd for more storage, which is probably why it took around only a month to arrive in Ireland.
My laptop is as professional as can be and a bit of a beast. Thanks PCSPECIALIST. I would highly recommend them

PC Specialist consistently beats the competition on pricing (I have to buy via tender process) with latest GPU and U3 memory from tier-1 suppliers. Good customer support and prompt follow-up on any technical issues.

Love my new PC, had a minor issue with the bluetooth driver when I set it up and a chap named Matthew in support sorted me out in no time at all. Was seamless, very impressed.

Responsed very well to my delivery address mistake. Informed throughout the build of the pc. Would highly recommend

5 stars guys. When i was looking for a place to order my new PC the sites I found were less than ideal and weren't great at communicating but Pcspecialist blew them out of the water. When my PC arrived i was so ready for extra assembly i needed to do or maybe there was something missing but no everything was there and I practically just needed to plug it in and start gaming

They did everything I wanted as the order specified.
