I ordered 1 coin from Danbury Mint and have been charged with coins constantly from PCS Stamps. Apparently they're sister companies and made an account with PCS Stamps without my consent. They're trying to charge me for the coins that I never ordered and returned when shipped. Both companies are complete scams. I never write reviews, but this has been 6 months of BS with absolute no resolution. Both companies completely lack morals. Their customer support is also dismal. You have to be on hold for at least 20min and their employees were very rude to me even prior to knowing that I had issues with them.

I ordered the walking liberty silver half dollar because I kept seeing ad after ad about pcs stamps and coins selling this coin. So i thought why not. I love collecting collectibles especially ones that that can potentially gain substantial value with time. So I paid for the coin and was quoted a 3-5 day shipping window. Well two and a half weeks later still no update. But they tried to charge me for 3 more of the same coin when I hadn't even received the first. So I cancelled it and figured I'd get a refund since I never received the coin. Let's just say after waiting 2 more weeks I emailed them asking very nicely about a refund. It's now been another two weeks with no response. I have just given up and I don't expect to ever see that money again. I could care less about losing 20 but it's the situation that is frustrating. This is of course my personal opinion as others have had success in dealing with them just not I which is unfortunate. Thank you.

The usual "teaser" low priced offering, promises that you can "cancel at any time", and then refusing to honor cancellations for services you never signed up for in the first place. Like clockwork, you will start getting garbage product you did not order, "on approval", after they have charged the credit card you provided with your initial order.

Unknowingly was signed up for a monthly subscription to coins. My mistake as to not see the countless reviews regarding this exact scenario so I can only hope someone else may see this review or others. Absolutely shady business practice and I hope the worst for their company.

Danbury Mint is questionable at best.

Order # 1:
I ordered a ring, a necklace with earrings. They placed a hold on my funds for the full transaction instead of on payments. It took them 3 weeks to release the hold on my funds causing three $35.00 overdraft charges. They would not reimburse the overdrafts.

Order # 2:
I ordered some currency with Danbury Mint which the placed a hold on my account for. Then PCS (a sister company to Danbury) charged me for the same thing. This is fraud to take funds twice from two different companies for the same thing.

Think 10 times before doing business with Danbury or PCS>
