SCAMMERS who take money without permission

This company used my credit card details to renew my subscription without my permission. When I queried this they claimed that I have exceeded the period for refunds. So basically if I were dead they would have claimed money against my credit card and the money would have basically been stolen from the estate of the deceased. They believe they can just take a renewal subscription without you confirming that you are still interested in the product. This is fraudulent behaviour.

Honteux

Honteux! Cela fait 2fois que je me fais débiter 50€ alors que je n ai pas demander a résilier l abonnement. Ce qui est encore pire c est que ca l a fait un jour où je n ai meme pas été sur mon pc. Personne n a donc pu accepter la résiliation de l abonnement. J aimerai recevoir un remboursement et la possibilité d enfin annuler cette abonnement!
