Pcp Lawplus Arvostelua 

Lawplus solicitors have been unhelpful and unwilling to help regarding claiming back mis sold PCP finance. I fell into the trap similar people have done being signed up to another company in error. Because of how long all this has been going on.

I found out I had to cancel with another company. Which I did. After being honest and informing Lawplus only to be told I had to cancel my agreement with Lawplus also. Lawplus did not want to represent me again because I took too long trying to sort the mess out.

Then a computer system problem at Lawplus solicitors caused issues with correspondence of emails.

I have tried phoning to discuss and told they don’t accept phone calls regards PCP finance. Then came the badgering of an email regarding bailiffs if I did not pay with in 14 days.

I managed to cancel my agreement with the other company and I have tried to reinstate my claim with Lawplus. The whole claiming of mis sold finance has been a farce. Surely if a company can see all my PCP finance history they can see any representation I have.

In my case Lawplus are more interested in there cancellation invoices than the actual reclaiming of the mis sold PCP finance.

It is my mistake I have been honest about have 2 companies represent me. Now I am ordered to pay £420 or I face the bailiffs.

Yet, I still have no representation and now owe £420.

like most people that have left reviews, I got an email wanting £420 for doing nothing. They approached me for the car scam now they want money. what a joke

Received an email from these con artists today demanding £420.00 for a cancelled policy. I've no idea how they've got my details, I've never dealt nor heard of them,total scam !
When you call them there's no answer. It appears many others have been caught up in this scam too.

Avoid this company at all costs.
Cause you get a bill for £420 for zero work carried out avoid .

These cowboys reckon I owe them 600 quid never heard of this lot before. Never done a claim for pcp either. Stay well away from them

Pestering me saying they are dealing with my car finance claim, never asked for their help and don't want it, been in touch with Martin Lewis for advice, going to citizen advice for help.

My husband did a free online motor PCP check with them as well as another company. He completed their questionnaire and when he realised that he’d accidentally signed up( he’s partially sighted) , he cancelled his claim. We’ve now received a bill from them for over £1400 for tasks undertaken for our claim. Our claim would have been for £700 at most. Total scammers.AVOID

Just received an email saying I owe £975
When I never even signed up with them! Avoid

Done an online "FREE" check about claiming car finance only to get a bill for over 1k for not wanting them to proceed!! Had 14 days to pay. Bloody joke

I am very concerned I saw a link re check for pcp car loan claims and completed their online form. I wasn’t sent a confirmation email. Just a statement that it may take several weeks to sort the claim. Given they have taken personal infomation and don’t have a strong web for print I feel they should have sent a confirmation they could claim my money and diaper. They’re link on trust pilot is also broken and they don’t have a phone number I am worried I have been scammed
