Prompt delivery even with part problems
We were having problems securing the proper parts per BOM. Once we were able to provide proper substitute parts PCB Fab promptly competed the order.

Overpriced
It is very expensive, even though the turn time is fast i think its a little unreasonable. Also I ordered 2 thinking that 1 order meant 1 pcb, but 1 order is actually 2 pcb's and I wish this was conveyed earlier cause I would have saved $400.

Quality was great
Quality was great. One suggestion for improvement would be to better communicate if the promised delivery date is not going to be met. Boards arrived later than expected.

Incomplete Assembly
Incomplete Assembly
They forgot to populate a device on my board, I sent them an email and they totally ignored my email. The device was an LDO that I shipped to them and I did not even get my device back. I also have seen a resistor that they missed but didn't bother to send another email.

PCBFabExpress has good quality
PCBFabExpress has great quality, they support high technology HDI boards, are ITAR compliant, and are local to the bay area (in California), so it's easy and convenient to pick up boards from them. Pricing is generally fair to ok, rarely are they the best price, more often they are close to the most expensive. And if there are DFM, or CAM issues, they always delay the order by a day or two, which is annoying. But overall, convenience usually wins for me, and the high quality keeps me coming back.

Always helpful, great quality.
In all the years I have used them, I have never been disappointed, except when I make a mistake in my file generation process. :)
