Good old -fashioned excellent customer service.The came within 45 mins of my call, to my home address.
He sorted out my email problems in a trice.I couldn't believe how good his knowledge was.
Totally honest and trustworthy.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this PC repair service. I took my PC in because I was having an issue with it and was expecting the problem to be properly diagnosed and repaired by someone who knows what they are doing.

After the repair, the original problem had not actually been fixed, which was extremely frustrating. I had paid for a repair and expected to receive a working PC back, but unfortunately that wasn't the case.

What made the situation even more disappointing was the way I was spoken to when I raised my concerns. I found the attitude to be unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. When you are paying for a service, I think it is perfectly reasonable to expect to be treated respectfully, particularly when the problem you paid to have fixed is still there.

I would have been much more understanding if the issue had been explained properly, or if there had been an honest discussion about what could and couldn't be repaired. Instead, I was left feeling very dissatisfied with both the repair itself and the customer service I received.

Overall, this was not the experience I expected from a professional PC repair business. The PC was not fixed as I had hoped, and the way my concerns were handled made the situation considerably worse.

Based on my personal experience, I would not use this service again and would recommend that anyone considering using them makes sure they are clear about exactly what is being repaired and what happens if the issue remains unresolved.

You’re an incompetent con and I would urge people to go to the Mac store first and foremost - they’re reasonable and would have been cheaper then this hack.

£650 was the quote and then he forgot and only charged me £350 which makes me think this man was originally going to totally rip me off.

I asked for my MacBook screen to be replaced after water damage - at which point after he left it powered down and never switched back on again.

If also brought the wrong colour screen and took three weeks to locate a replacement. He also said the work is covered by a year warranty.

Confused I asked him to come back - at which point he had blocked my number and so calling him from a friends phone - he told me he would come back on Monday.

He then text me that it was all my fault after 1000s of screens his never had issues which is frankly unbelievable. And from reading reviews inaccurate. He blocked my number and won’t respond to any correspondence.

Took it to Apple who said they would have charge £350 for the replacement with a full warranty and that my logic board had been damaged during the replacement.

I wish I’d read the reviews on here first. Don’t trust him. He’s not infallible and if he does create a problem then he won’t fix it. DONT RISK IT!

They asked for evidence - but I wish I could upload screenshots of the text messages - because you never sent a piece of legitimate communication apart from text.

I’m a woman living in Berkhamsted and the fact you’re even LYING about doing the job is LAUGHABLE.

Fantastic service! He came the same day to inspect slowness of my computer, and sorted it out in 10 minutes flat.
I would recommend this firm to anyone.

He diagnosed the problem without seeing the laptop, He then visited my home to instal new keyboard. He added two free apps without my consent and charged me £80. Now he wont sent me an invoice or receipt

I’ve used PC and Mac Repairs multiple times for both my home and office computers. Their mobile service is convenient, and the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. It’s reassuring to have such experienced support available when problems arise.

I do not recommend this service.

Jon came to my house, looked at the computer, and then took the desktop away. He told me the issue was that the computer would only accept Windows 10 and asked if he could erase the main drive to install it — I agreed. He later emailed me saying my computer was ready.

Because I was going on annual leave, I drove 30 miles to collect it. When I asked if the computer was sorted and if I owed anything more, he said no and told me the upgrade wasn’t worth it. But when I got home, I discovered nothing had been done to the computer at all.

When I called him, he said it was a “miscommunication” and agreed to come back to install and fix it properly, but he never replied to my confirmation email and didn’t follow through.

Very unprofessional experience, a complete waste of time and money.
