I made an $80+ order through Walmart.com. Four managed to be able to take my money, but no order was placed with Walmart. I tried to contact the customer service number with no success.
I also tried to communicate with the A.I. Bot that they have on there platform to no avail. I will not be speaking with the BBB, but with the FCC, which holds premise over companies like this.
Buyer beware of fraudulent companies like Four..

This company use to be good at 1st. NEVER USE THIS PLATFORM AGAIN!!!! I never had an issue this platform until now!!! Customer service is just sending automated answers thats not helping with the resolution to the problem !!! Will be deleting my account.

Doesn't work it's not what it says it will do

I used four to purchase from Amazon they cancelled most of the order. But four still have me paying for items I did not receive. They tried to tell me Amazon had my money when Amazon never received the money in the first placed. I can’t seem to get in contact with anyone to get my refund. I have cancel my subscription and will not be doing business with them again

If you don't pay by their terms where they force the money out of your account they threatened to close your account they are not worth it find someone else

This company is horrible. It’s fine until you have an issue. Be warned if they make a mistake or if an item is returned they make you jump through hoops to get a refund. And then drag it out so they can find a way to take as much as they can from you without getting in trouble with the BBB. I won’t be surprised when they get hit with class action law suits. I’m telling you guys it’s a wonderful service until it’s not. My opinion /advice avoid pay in four options all together. Not worth it

I have tried desprately to get in contact with them to help reset my password but to know avail. I keep getting a rrsponse from their chat that they will send a reset to my email abd nothing. The chat keep asking the same question but no reset. To top it off they keep taking money out of my account but cannot help to resset my password. Poor. Poor. Very dissapointed

SOOOO BAD,
It showing $200 Spending power and when i try to oder it saying impossible, i even paid the subscription. but nope. And after trying to put the deferent amount it only accepts $35 when my spending ate 200. And also if you create a card to use and decide to cancel the card, the money will be hold for 5 day before they refund your money even without any purchase.
THE FIRST TIME YOU WILL GET ACCESS TO THIS APP, YOU WILL HATE THIS.

Horrid company!!!! My limit was and is still showing $2000.00 but the very second I paid off all my loans the account is now stating
“Although you were assigned a spending limit, your next order can't be approved right now. Please try again soon!” This has been an issue Ive been trying to solve since may 2025 till currently February of 2026… a hundred unresponsive text messages, emails and phone calls later I finally received a single response on 1/15/2026 stating that my account is in perfect standing and has never had a late payment but due to technical issues I should just start over and try there new app… WTF!!!🤬… NO SORRY- NO APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS- NO F’s GIVEN…. The app. actually stopped working for me 2 weeks before Mother’s Day when I put myself in a position to rely on the app. for a gift purchase for my wife. I am still absolutely furious!!! After a deep dive I found out they came into financial issues and closed all accounts over $500 in credit even if they were in good standing due to liability issues. Crooks!!! Oh yeah and by the way I NEVER RECIEVED MY MONTHLY SUB. Fee THAT WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT 2 days before this happened. The fact they changed there LLC name and just started a new app. pisses me off……SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Pay With Four Inc.

I made a purchase on February 3, 2026, and never received the product. To make matters worse, there was no tracking information provided for the item at all. I submitted multiple claims through the Pay With Four app and provided proof that the item was never delivered, yet my claims were still declined.

Customer service has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. Communication has been slow, unhelpful, and dismissive of the evidence I submitted. As a customer who upheld my end of the agreement, I expected support and accountability, not denial without proper investigation.

This experience has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would strongly caution others to carefully consider using this service based on how disputes are handled.

I will never use or refer this app.. Came across this app and thought I try it out, used it to purchase two pairs of shoes off a website they referred on their app and still has never received the merchandise contact this company letting them know it’s almost two months later payments are complete accept one and I still haven’t received the merchandise and they basically tell you to contact the seller which is impossible because they have no number so I send email and basically they’re saying the product is coming but email from delivery company says different but long story short four is no help in contacting them or to see what’s going on and you’re basically stuck dealing with the bank.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Honestly this app works great for me! Have not had an issue with them since I joined. Price adjustments are fixed as well as refunds on the same day! I’m now at 1100 spending power because I make payments on time! Honestly it’s like a cc. Pay on time you get rewarded. I Make big purchases with them lil my ps5 tvs and so on!

I helped a family member make payment and they will NOT allow him to remove MY CARD information. It trys to hit my cards at random amounts a few times daily. I called the bank and asked that paywithfour be added to a NEVER approved list. I will never open an account with them watching what other people have gone through. I’ll just sit with my huge amount on affirm because I’ve been dealing with them since 2020 and have absolutely nothing bad to say. Do yourself a favor go to Affirm. Of course they hit my card three times today and of course my card denied them every time with the money still in my account so I thought I’d come over here and write this post just in case anybody else out there is trying to help family and finds themselves in the same situation.

Four is definitely a complete scam I signed up got a spending limit went to Amazon paid with four. My account was charged 60 some dollars, but I cannot see where my product is on the way or has it even been ordered all I can see all four is that is pending. Nothing else. Nothing is telling me that my order is on the way. Four is a bunch of bullshit. I placed my order on the eighth. It is now the 12th I’ve sent several messages to four no reply back. None whatsoever the email address that they give you is telling you is not valid. What the fuc is going on?

I love their app. It was fast easy and convenient for me. Right before Christmas too? I ordered some Timberlands for my man on Foot locker. No issue at all, and the shoes shipped two days after paying with Four. I will definitely be ordering again, I have two more payments on the 210, the boots total cost, and then on to another retailer merchant! Love Love Love this app! So better than Afterpay and Affirm!

I made a purchase for lululemon the beginning of December for Christmas gift lulu never received this order my money was taken and I’m currently still waiting on my refund! Do not use this app at all waste of time and they will steal your money

They took my money and I was denied and they still took my money and I never got a card or anything else I will be filing theft charges due to this issue how this company take your money and not give a refund

They added an old cell phone number as my current info . I was fine using my current number how can you switch a customer over to an old number they claimed I opened an account under . The customer service is useless non existent .
