Pay Trade Flooring Arvostelua

Excellent service from start to finish and the cheapest price I could find for the Herringbone LVT I needed with a speedy delivery time I can’t recommend them enough.

Helpful at every stage from ordering, paying to delivering. Thank you for a painless experience.

Got a beautiful carpet at a great price! Mel from Pay Trade Flooring was really helpful!

Good prices, very good communication. We always knew the status of our order and everything worked out just as planned.

Our second order from this company great friendly service. Great prices, would certainly recommend.

Ordered two separate pieces of carpet, not only was the price great they agreed to store one whilst we finished the work on the house and delivered once we were ready. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Quick and easy to order via website, carpet size we required was a new production so took a bit longer than usual - around 3 weeks. No problem for us as it meant we didn't need to store them for very long before fitter came. Melanie was more than helpful keeping us up to date at every step.

Excellent service. Quick delivery

Easy to order, excellent prices and delivered on time

The easy of placing the order was great and when the colour wasn't available, the process of choosing an alternative was extremely easy and helpful. The aftercare support was equally fantastic! I would definitely use them again!!

Great service at a very competitive price - carpet arrived exactly within the prescribed time.
Will definitely use this company again.
Highly recommended.

Absolutely bang on ... on time, good price, perfect delivery, goods as ordered ... just as it should be and a far cry from many other online carpet retailers.

Excellent customer service throughout the whole process. Prices materially lower than the high street suppliers. Provided guidance on end to end process of supply to installation. Highly recommend

Excellent service, carpet much cheaper than sale price in a shop and excellent communication regarding delivery. Would recommend the company and will use again.

Good experience with Pay Trade Flooring. They provided our chosen carpet at the best price I could find. The customer service team were really helpful as unfortunately we had a long delay on the carpet due to the manufacturer being out of stock. The manufacturer then only delivered one of the 2 required carpets to Pay Trade which meant a further weeks delay before we received both carpets as they only delivery to our area once a week.

Very good experience from start to finish. Quality carpets at the best price I found. Responsive customer service via email from Mel. Only slight downside (I’m nitpicking really) was the delivery as the courier only delivered to my area on a weekly or infrequent basis so there was a lack of options when it came to delivery dates, but not a huge issue.

Excellent service all round. Quick delivery and good value. Thank you

Great range, best price and excellent communication despite the manufacturer lead times.

I was unsure about my carpet decision and how it would look. The staff along with support I had from Pay Trade Flooring was fantastic. From beginning to end. The carpet I picked couldn’t have been a better choice and with the reassurance from Jon, and guidance with underlay too. I with without a doubt be using their service again.

I can not recommend enough! Very kind, understanding and professional. Mel in the office pushed for my delivery to make a hard deadline - thank you so much. Great carpet - great service!
