PayProcc have been superb! always on hand to help with any issues, and always one step ahead with any changes that need to be made in order to remain compliant regarding processing. Scam!
I paid $1000 to PayProcc expecting them to find a reliable payment processor. Instead, I was connected with two providers—one disappeared after integration with zero support, and the other declined me due to low volume, which I had clearly communicated from the start. After months of back-and-forth, slow responses, and no results, I’ve wasted time, money, and effort, and still don’t have a working solution.
They just connect you with a low-quality processor and claim their job is done.
They have been ignoring my support emails and messages for over a month now. Completely disappointing. Would not recommend.
