Will cause your business to lose customers. They lie and false advertize
This business is a payment provider for many online casinos for interac etransfer withdrawals. They advertise on their website that they still do password prompted interac etransfer withdrawals, however during the one time name matching verification process I had been successfully verified after signing into my bank and sent a message stating so and that the funds were sent to my bank account...but they weren't, they were sent back to my casino account. They lied. So when I made a second attempt to withdrawal a different amount I got the same message from them and after calling casino and the man insisting I do it again after being successfully verified for the one time verification, I went through the process again and then it said name matching unsuccessful and is now trying to force me to enable autodeposit through my bank which I do not wish to do. After being sent back and fourth between casino and made to get numbers and sending proof of emails and being successfully verified and then refused my payment and told that if I don't enable autodeposit that I won't get my money, i think this business regardless of how much use they get, will cause alot of customers to find alternative withdrawl methods because to me it seems they are trying to encroach on my rights. This business i could definitely see them causing any of the businesses they deal with to lose customers and even losing business themselves. It won't take long either.
