В целом доволен Paynet. Недостаточно выгод у карты и кошелька Paynet, поэтому использую очень редко. Поржал с того момента, что сами себе поставили тут пятёрку))))

Record low level of customer experience and deceptive promotions.

At first, I was delighted that a local payment provider appeared that had mobile applications and offered virtual cards.
But after using this product for a while unfortunately I encountered some unpleasant moments.

They do not fulfill their promises. They created a 5% cashback promotion that was supposed to last from about March - until May 5. In April, they ran out of promotional money and they did not inform the customers that the cashback no longer works. I guess that this was done in a tendentious way so that people continue to use the service assuming that they are still benefiting from the promotion.

They don't take into account the experience of their users at all if you encounter a problem and later go to them to solve it (calls/emails). Better just forget about it, they don't care at all about their customers, only their personal image matters.

As a result of what I wrote above, for those who use or plan to use this service, I recommend you be very careful with all the promotions and services provided by this company.

I used to pay utility bills via Paynet, excellent way to do it. Then experienced the idea of taking a MasterCard debit card. Adorable spot of becoming a cardholder (ordered card via application and got it at declared address). Empathetic support services. Best Electornic Money Issuer so far!!
