Really pleased with the collar and service received - I wasn’t sure whether to take the plunge as my cat is older and hasn’t liked collars. However! This one fits well, he’s happy to wear it and I’m loving all the info about what he gets up to. Would recommend.

I purchased my collar as an anxious first-time cat owner. I am not one for setting anything up, so passed that job onto hubby. I now have peace of mind, and love that we can track her movements. This has been a game-changer for us. I know where she goes and it's a joy to be able to watch her little adventures. I am no longer beside myself with anxiety over letting her out. I love this product and recommend to everyone. I couldn't own a cat without it.

I typically don’t write reviews but after the terrible experiences I’ve had with other collars, I felt it was only right to congratulate the company that got it right!

I’ve used this collar for nearly six months now and I’ve had no issues whatsoever (which made me want to write this review even more after seeing what others have said).

I’d always been curious about what my cat got up to and where she’d travel on her day to day - especially after coming back pregnant last year - and now I can remain stress free knowing I can check where she is at all times and I do not have to worry about her going missing!

Previous collars have made my cat extremely stressed with her clawing and scratching to get it off, or succeeding and us losing them all together, but this one is so lightweight and we’ve honestly not had any issues. She’s as happy as anything. Thank you Pawtrack!

I got this collar for my parents cat after she was diagnosed with diabetes. It has made the whole process easier! We can find Pickles whenever she is out and especially around meal and injection times. All in all it’s worked as it should and we are all pretty happy, even Pickles!

Ahh Pawtrack, a bland response that doesn't tackle the main issue. No surprise. At least you responded; you don't always reply to emails.
The only positive here is that I am now aware that CPAs exist. Out of interest I thought I'd see how I could have missed it. It is not clearly displayed in the main guff on your illiterate mistake strewn website (that should have set alarm bells I suppose, but I was desperate for a way to try and keep my cat safe). It is not evident when you choose 'yearly sub'. You actually have to look for and delve in to the terms and conditions. There is no requirement to read them, they don't pop up for you to agree to them, so it is hidden. Surely this wouldn't be necessary if you were selling a good product which would lead people to not need to cancel their subscriptions. Presumably when cats die, grieving owners may also suffer a further subscription with complete intransigence on refunding.
If you were fair/not desperate for my £59.99 due to a poor product that is unlikely to generate repeat business, you might have at least met me half way and refunded money for the 6 months where I couldn't use the original subscription I'd bought. Having cancelled my subscription on the day you extracted another £59.99 informing you I hadn't used the product more than a couple of times, your solution is to tack another 6 months of useless subscription onto a year I won't be using. Still feeling fleeced I'm afraid. I can only hope now to make others more aware before they're subjected to such unscrupulous tactics.

Bought a collar that didn't work and spent weeks with guidance on things to try before they admitted it was a dud and promised to send a new one. Several very gentle emails later over a considerable period and 6 months after first buying the collar, the new one arrived with a promise my subscription would be extended for the period I couldn't use it.
New collar worked, but with the new style battery, was so bulky the cat hated it and started to stress pee in the house. Collar shoved in drawer with me acknowledging I'd made a poor decision in choosing it.
To my surprise, a further £59.99 subscription was taken. I spotted it immediately and emailed saying I'd not used the collar, wouldn't need that subscription and requested a refund. Denied.
Only when I then emailed with a screenshot of the offer of extended subscription did they acknowledge that offer which they've now added on to the end of the subscription I've told them I won't be using. Awesome. Might it not have been fairer to let me have 6 months of collar in a drawer time for free, and refund my subscription?
At least I've learned that CPAs exist I suppose.
It appears this company need the £59.99 far more than I do, which is perhaps not surprising when their product and customer service is so poor.

Unfortunately my whole experience with Pawtrack has been a disaster, I ordered my tracker and received an email with instructions on how to set up, which seemed quite easy, unfortunately the tracker did not work from day 1. I literally emailed them on a daily basis with problem after problem, my cat was sat next to me but the tracker showed he was a mile away, the tracker showed me that my 9 month old cat had swam a canal, crossed a dual carriageway, roamed over 2 fields before crossing the M25 in rush hour, luckily enough I had a friend who popped into my house and saw the cat was actually in the garden, I emailed again and again with problems to be told, the GPD was probably near metal which is why it didnt work, the wifi signal was not on (and it wasnt because I had to log it on20 times a day) they sent commands again and again, updating, letting me sit out in the garden counting the flashing lights on the tracker, then I was told it was all sorted out so I put the tracker back on my cat and within hours the GPD lost signal and the tracker fell off him. Although I searched high and low with volunteers in the place where the tracker last registered I was unable to find the tracker. When I emailed Pawtracker, asking for a refund they informed me they couldn't as I needed to send the tracker back, I explained as I have many times that the tracker didn't actually work as all my emails showed but how was I supposed to know if it worked after their last email to me telling me it was working without fitting it on my cat???
Truthfully I have had the tracker 2 weeks and have sent over 30 emails to try and get it working. I have to agree with the other reviews, this company is NOTHING but a SCAM, I went through more stress worrying about where my cat was when he was wearing the collar than I did before I bought it for him! 4 times alone it showed me he was in the middle of a canal!! it has been a total waste of my time and money and all they offered was to cancel my subscription which is amusing as I haven't got the tracker to use the subscription as it was clearly not fit for purpose. But clearly these rip off merchants are making a fortune from poor cat owners who simply want to make sure their beloved animal is safe

I haven't used any other trackers so can't really compare but my experience with Pawtrack has been terrible.

The tracker itself is pretty useless e.g. it shows my cat in my back garden and after refreshing it, my cat appears at my neighbours across the street. Not to mention that my cat would actually be sleeping at home the whole time and not moving at all. And that's if you are lucky enough to get it working! Most of the time it's just 'queuing' and waiting for response from the tracker that never comes. If my cat was actually lost, this would not help find it. More likely to mislead me as the last location would be somewhere completely different to where the cat actually was.

I just stopped using it as it was just a waste of electricity (charging) and my time trying to get it on/off my cat every day.

What I didn't do, however, was cancel my membership which was automatically renewed without any notice! I haven't come across any other company that would renew your membership without at least first sending you an email letting you know that the renewal is coming up. As if Pawtrack renewal date is something that should be easily remembered like your birthday or a wedding anniversary! Even companies with very poor reputations have decency to notify you. What is more, even if it's only been 5 minutes since the renewal, they won't issue you a refund even though they brag about their 14 day return policy. Apparently, renewing your membership is not covered. DISCRACEFUL! A middle finger to their customer base! As if that's something that should be easily remembered by regular people like your birthday or wedding anniversary.

Their business plan basically is based on robbing the people who forget to cancel their contracts.

When I contacted them they were very quick to respond that I'm not getting my money back but as soon as I said that I wanted to issue a complaint the conversation went dead.

So to sum up, AVOID and don't get SCAMMED!

I ordered two trackers only one arrived after over one month. The team informed us that arriving in Australia would take 7-10 business days. It took over 2 weeks for any tracking information to be received.

After receiving one unit (even though two were ordered), the battery terminal snapped while I was inserting the battery,

Bought a collar from pawtrack. Never worked out of the box. Unfortunately i bought a 1 year subscription for a something that doesnt work. I emailed them and got minimal responses and even less help. 12 months have now passed, the collars in the bin where it belongs, i cancelled my subscription months ago and today i get charged another $120 yearly fee for a piece of SH!T device. Time for me to ring my bank i think.
PAWTRACK YOU ARE FARKED. DO NOT BUY THEIR CRAP PRODUCT OR SERVICE.
