The harness looks great we’ll see how it holds up, but I wish the small collars were wider, I’m dissapointed you can hardly see the designs on them from how thin they are, they are just smudges and that’s not right for an £18 collar, you want to see the designs you bought it for. Also the packaging is not good. I wanted to do an unboxing video but I was shocked to discover they just chuck the stuff on a polymailer bag instead. This was a £90+ order and they can’t invest in proper branded packaging? I’ve bought less pricey orders from smaller businesses with much better packaging than this big company.

I purchased the animal print harness because I wanted something a little unusual, but I wasn't particularly impressed with the pattern when it arrived. In my opinion, it looked more like Coco Pops floating in milk than an animal print design.

Unfortunately, I also ordered the wrong size after using the company's online measuring tool. While the tool is a useful idea, I found that it recommended a harness that was too large for my dog.

The whole process is handled online, with no opportunity to speak to someone directly for advice or assistance. When I returned the harness for a refund, I was charged £7 for return postage. The 10% first-order discount was also deducted from the refund amount, and I then had to pay postage again to order alternative sizes. In total, the returns and replacement process has cost me around £18.

I was also disappointed to discover that my card details appeared to have been retained, despite not recalling giving permission for them to be stored.

The biggest issue came when I received an email stating that I was not entitled to a refund because the harness had been tried on and a lead had been attached, meaning it was considered "used". The company provided a handful of photographs as evidence, which I have disputed. In my view, the images are not a true reflection of the condition of the harness and appear to have been taken under bright lighting, exaggerating any marks or signs of handling.

I found this extremely frustrating, as it is impossible to assess whether a harness fits correctly, comfortably and safely without briefly trying it on a dog.

What disappointed me most was the lack of any effort to find a resolution. The email focused solely on why I was not entitled to a refund and did not offer any alternative options. There was no suggestion of an exchange, store credit, goodwill gesture, or any other compromise. Nor was there any offer to return the allegedly "worn" harness to me, despite the fact that I had already paid postage for an alternative exchange.

Rather than feeling supported as a customer, I was left feeling that my concerns had simply been dismissed. Refusing a refund on the basis that the harness had been worn felt unreasonable and left me feeling unfairly treated as a customer.

Overall, a disappointing customer experience, a poor returns process, and a policy that left me feeling undervalued and unfairly treated.

Update following the response received: This response appears to be more focused on public relations than addressing the genuine concerns I raised. I also continue to dispute your claim that I returned a "used" harness. The item was tried on my dog several times because, despite following your sizing guidance, it did not fit correctly. A lead was attached briefly to assess the fit, but the harness was never used on a walk or for any outdoor purpose. Describing it as "used" conveniently shifts the focus away from the real issue: an expensive harness that did not fit as advertised, a costly returns process, and customer service that I found dismissive and patronising throughout.

Quality was excellent with the bum bag and the clip in bag. Delivery service was great

We used the online sizing tool and the harness that came for one dog still didn't fit. The front loop attachment is not fit for purpose. It causes the whole harness to turn around, restricting the dogs front leg. Avoid if you are hoping for good front loop option. Customer service said this will resolve with a double ended harness but the evidence sent is clearly an unfit product. We wouldn't have purchased if we knew we needed to buy a new lead also. (the brand have tried to say this is a defamatory review but it is all accurate)

​I have had the most difficult and frustrating experience with this company. I am an honest, genuine customer who simply wanted to find a harness that fits my dog, but the customer service here is truly shocking and incredibly officious.
​After purchasing a harness, I stepped out of my front door for less than five minutes to test the fit with a lead attached. Because I was honest enough to send them photos of this test, the company accused me of taking my dog on a walk and refused my right to a refund, claiming the item was "used." And that because I had attached a lead they refused a refund. This was an absurd assumption—I was only testing the fit to see if the D-ring sat correctly, which is impossible to judge without a lead. I have dealt with many other companies while trying to find the right harness, and none have ever behaved this way.
​They were unhelpful and difficult to deal with at every turn. To make matters worse, despite the harness being returned in pristine, as-new condition, they deducted £10.35 for postage—a ridiculous amount considering my own return with another company, shipping cost me only £4.25.
​They eventually processed the refund, but only after a long, drawn-out dispute where I had to repeatedly explain that I hadn't taken my dog for a walk & got advice from my vank who completely agreed that they were in the wrong.The level of suspicion and the lack of basic customer support are appalling. I would never buy from them again and strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

I absolutely LOVE PPB!! The quality of their products and the fit of their harnesses on my miniature dachshund is just perfect (XS). Since purchasing products for my dog, I have now purchased a couple of hoodies for myself as well as bumbags, sling backpacks, leggings and shorts - all because the quality is just so good! All with super speedy delivery too.

We have been sjppping with pawsome paws boutique since we discovered the brand 12 months ago! The fit is perfect for our frenchie we often struggle with getting harnesses to fit her well due to her shape being broad up front and slender in the waist! However the tough trail harnesses fit her perfectly and are adjustable so can be tailored to fit her shape! Another bonus is the 3 clips meaning no over the head dramas. The designs are always unique and beautiful and we always get so many compliments on our pups outfits of the day! Delivery is always amazing never known such a fast turn around, and customer service from the PPB team is excellent!

Pawsome Paws Boutique go above and beyond for their customers! We have shopped with them for the last 3 and a bit years since first coming accross them on a Google search for 'nice harnesses'.

The customer service has always being top quality when I've had an issue with an order whether that be something missing or I've accidentally ordered an incorrect size. Everything has always being dealt with in a timely manner and 100% care.

Every product I have purchased has always being 110% top quality, and long lasting. We still use some of the products we first bought and they are still in good condition!

Best of the best! The only harnesses that feel safe for my big dogs! They’re not flimsy or slip plus can see them in the dark due to the reflectors, so many designs too so truly these are the go to!

Overpriced, poor quality products and dreadful customer service. I bought a new set of harness, collar, lead etc for my dog and the harness started shredding within 3 wears. When contacted I was told cheerfully that I shouldn't worry as I could still use the harness!! I was then told I was not entitled to a refund or replacement as my dog is a dachshund and low to the ground. I have bought him at least 20 harnesses and this has never happened so it’s clearly the quality of the products that has changed. Customer service was appalling and I will not be purchasing from this company again.
